Holiday review i had the pleasure of staying at baikunth resorts and i must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff stood out for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist at every turn. Whether it was at the front desk or the restaurant, everyone was cordial and eager to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was absolutely delightful, with a range of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, making dining one of the highlights of my visit. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, adding to the sense of relaxation. The entire environment was serene and peaceful, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable holiday. If you’re looking for a place that combines great service, wonderful food, and a tranquil setting, i highly recommend staying here.

Resort is beautiful and quality of service and food is quite good. My family enjoyed the stay. Excellent play area to keep kids happy. My child enjoyed the trampoline jumps. Staff is polite and helpful. Only critical issue: in-room tv set-top box was not working. This is not acceptable as t20 world cup is on-going. It could not be fixed even after repeated complaints. And watching matches on projector (without sound) in common area is not a good experience. These basic things must be resolved promptly. Another issue: springs in bed mattress would make too much noise even during small movements, disturbing sleep. Caution point: accessibility to the resort is poor. Last 1. 5km road is very narrow and mostly unpaved. Need to be cautious while planning trips particularly in monsoon season. Also, it's quite far from kasauli town (about 30min drive one side, so if multiple site seeing is planned, this resort may not be the best location to stay.

Das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung. Das Eigentum war wirklich nett und das Personal war freundlich kooperativ und professionell. Aber das Frühstücksangebot war sehr begrenzt und schien zu schmutzig, nicht frisch ! mmt berechnet uns separat für das Frühstück, so dass wir so ein begrenztes Buffet und das zu stahlen, es war überhaupt nicht wert. Ich habe nur halb frisch Ei und Brot. Das ist es. Kaffee, den wir in unserem Zimmer bestellt haben, war auch nicht gut
