Kasauli Hills Resort

location is very good, surround with nature, peaceful place, room are big and clean, but room service is not good, food quality is poor ,and crockery used for serving food is broken and like 3rd class restaurant ,they serve half cooked food.

From the moment i arrived, i was welcomed with warm kahwah and impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with large windows providing stunning views. The decor balanced modern comforts and rustic charm. The bed was comfortable, and the in-room amenities added a nice touch. I loved the balcony with its great mountain view. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always eager to help, elevating the experience. Dining was a treat, with a wide variety of dishes blending local himachali flavors with international cuisine. The outdoor seating area and complimentary breakfast, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, were excellent. The resort offered activities like table tennis, badminton, and a well-maintained garden. The guided nature walk was a highlight, and the spa services provided great relaxation. Easy to search location, food is good, amenities and aervice also good. Property is too good for stay with family.
