We recently stayed at your hotel and while there were a few positives, I feel compelled to share some concerns that left us disappointed. To begin with, the hotel location was excellent, and the restaurant staff was courteous and well-behaved. The food was also quite tasty, which we appreciated. However, we observed some troubling instances of partial treatment that are hard to ignore. Near the swimming pool area, no food or beverages were allowed for guests, yet we saw a group openly ordering and consuming food there. When we inquired, we were told that they were relatives of the hotel owner, specifically the owner's son. This double standard felt like sheer hypocrisy and created a sense of unfairness among the regular guests. To add to this, the jacuzzi was kept blocked and reserved exclusively for the owner’s son, and there were no pool timing restrictions applied to him or his group, unlike for the other guests. Additionally, the staff seemed casual and unbothered when asked for certain services, which was disappointing given the expectations from a hospitality provider. These instances created an uncomfortable experience and took away from what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that all guests are treated equally and with respect, regardless of internal affiliations.
