メトロの駅から徒歩５分。ロケーションが良く、わかりやすい。ホテルのスタッフが優しくて、とてもお世話になった。朝食の種類は少ないが、どれも美味しかった。特にヨーグルトが絶品！　この価格なら十分満足です。

Rocentro is located in walking distance to Sofia`s restaurants, pubs, attractions and shopping centers! Just a short walk from the Metro, makes it easy accessable from the airport! The Hotel was clean, the staff welcomed and took care of us in a friendly way and it was nice and quiet! NO problems sleeping, even thoug we lived in the city centre! The rooms was clean and tidy. We where a little bit unlucky, having a smaller room than our friends, but with a better view! Nice breakfast in a clean and nice breakfast room, with eggs and a lot to eat! So for this price, so central, I must give this place 5 stars for their value of the cost and our good experience!

Upon arrival at the hotel, we already noticed a musty smell. We don't need luxury but we were curious as to what would be next. Upon checking in, we were assigned room 102. The smell there was what could be smelled in the entrance hall but x5. We looked at the bathroom. This one was FULL of mold. (Pictures attached). We didn't feel like getting sick so we were assigned room 202 after complaining to the front desk. The woman said this is the last room we can offer you because everything is full. With high hopes we left by elevator to floor 2. Upon entering this room it was even worse. The window frames, ceiling and bathroom full of mold! We took our valise and left again for the reception. The woman had no more room and did not understand why we were not satisfied with the room. Suddenly after a phone she conjured room 504 out of her sleeve. This was our very last chance according to her, that was all she could do for us. We headed for 504 and again the same defects in the room. Black mold throughout the entire bathroom. The lady behind the counter became aggressive and threatened to call the police. She called the manager of the hotel and placed him on speaker. He told us to leave because otherwise the police will pick us up. We had to leave without a refund. If the rooms are "normal" in there eyes i don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. Really people stay out of this hotel because otherwise you will loose 5years of life because of health problems and you will wake up with mushrooms at the forehead. This hotel is dirty as hell.

Typical city hotel, which doesn't impress you, but gives a correct stay for one, or two nights. Lies very close to the center, staff is kind, breakfast is simple but,OK, wifi is good. Some room has a nice view to the city. Cleanliness is average, and smoke smell can occur in your room. The price is good, comparing with other hotels nearby.

The position is very central, you can walk to almost all the attractions. The staff isn’t very friendly and the accommodation is very average. The room is quite clean but there isn’t a shower, only a bath, so not very comfortable. But it is absolutely worth the price you pay.
