I stand at the hotel on Thursday July 6th. The gentleman on the afternoon shift was very professional and very nice. I’ve stand there three other times and he’s always been the same, professional and nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful check in and out ! Very relaxed and super comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice. Safe and secure location. Would stay again without question.

As soon as we walked in the room we could tell they barely cleaned it. Room smelled like piss. And there was hair and seemed to be dirt on the sheets. We had to go out and buy our own sheets and disinfectants to even be okay to sleep there.

I was beyond pleased with the motel, our room and service itself. I am beyond upset that when we returned home from our trip there was an additional $250.00 charge to our account. We called the motel itself as well as LaQuinta customer service. They stated the charge was considered an incidental. Questioning more they stated a room sensor must have went off. When we questioned further as to what a room sensor was and they couldn’t say. What does that even mean? Smoke detector? Carbon dioxide? Temperature? Heat, humidity? Still no explanation from any of the calls we made. Now be aware that this additional charge did not come to us until 4 days after our stay. Room charge had already been paid. We are still fighting this with the company, the motel and our bank. Note we are both 67 years old. Have Never smoked Anything! We did take steamy showers and I did use hair spray. So please explain to me why you are changing me 4 days after our stay for a sensor going off not caused by us!! Beyond upset and as travelers, we will Never stay at a LaQuinta location again! Be aware it could happen to you.

I waited 30 mins in line to check in but the gentleman was nice and did the best he could with what he had. The rooms weren’t as clean as I would have preferred. The hotel needs to be updated. Reminds me of a motel 6.

Chech in Nightmare!!! 45 minute wait !!! Ridiculous!!! REQUIRED A $100 deposit as a separate transaction. Their computer and credit equipment was super slow. Only one staff person to check in a lobby full of people. Security flash cameras outside gave a very unsafe vibe.

The hotel felt more like a 3 or 4 star hotel! It was a beautiful and clean hotel with spacious rooms as well as a wonderful court yard and pool. Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Beautifully decorated lobby and breakfast area as well. We felt very safe and could not have been more pleased with our room and stay.

Got there they did not put me in the right room overcharged me the room I selected I was not put in had to change room three different times room scene dated first TV did not work and the front counter person was very impatient and I know it all would not even let you finish a sentence

Had to go to the front desk 3 separate times to get my room key card cause it kept deactivating when I had it in my sweater the whole time away from my phone and other cards breakfast was not the best Sausage was uncooked with powder eggs waffles were good , elevators need to be fixed or updated I thought it was going to break down several times , suite room is extremely small no space or room at all for the price there asking for I had to get to get my own. towels and a blanket for my room when I first checked in , was unable to set or control the heat /ac unit . The room was set for the AC to be on the whole time so the room was extremely cold the whole time definitely wouldn’t recommend or come back here again last but not least I checked out a day early and was told I couldn’t til today which I never heard ever Bedfore if I wanna leave because I’m uncomfortable and irritated with the room then that’s my choice I wasn’t happy I still got charge for another night and was charged the incorrect price I originally booked the room for be prepare when booking here

Check in clerk was rude. The parking lot was empty. We were a few minutes early. Was told, No rooms were ready. To check back in 45 minutes.

This was our first time staying at La Quinta and we were very impressed. The hotel is quiet, extremely clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed in room next to gym room and the noise from the children playing in there was terrible, dropping the weights hard onto the floor and shaking the connecting walls. Breakfast isn't much pumpkin either.
