Super 8 by Wyndham Smoky Lake

This is a very clean place, absolutely lovely and accommodating staff who are always warm, the service in Smoky Lake isn't great - the wifi was a large help! The breakfast is amazing from the Cafe with lovely staff putting heart into their food.

I have never had something like this happen before. I phoned in July to book a month in advance. I did mention that I was late booking from the date that rooms would be held on the wedding invitation. Nothing was expressed to me as far as that being a concern and I booked a room for two for one night. I received a call today the day before we go up for the wedding. The person on the other end of the phone told me that when I phone to book I told them to cancel someone's reservation and put myself in and they are overbooked and so because I did that there's no room for us. I never have and never would do something like that! It's bad enough that there isn't a room but then to accuse me of doing something underhanded is really infuriating!

Super clean. Awesome large mini fridge. Very comfortable bedding. And loved the mini-Dove products in the bathroom! Good service at front desk also, I went and asked for 1 more body lotion and he gave me a handful. Really exceeded my expectations.
