We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

Ich habe dieses Hotel reserviert, weil es in der Nähe von Legoland ist und wir wollten nach einem erschöpfenden Tag einfach irgendwo entspannen. Dieses Hotel überstieg unsere Erwartungen, so viel, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert. Die Gäste waren schön, die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel und das Essen war lecker. Ich empfehle, am Abend zum Lego Buffet zu gehen, es wert jeden Penny. Alle auf der Rezeption waren freundlich und willkommen, aber eine besondere Erwähnung muss zu Melwyn, Food & Beverage Manager gehen. Klar ein Profi in seiner Rolle und ein Vermögen im Hotel. Er stellte sicher, dass wir während aller Mahlzeiten aufpassen und kam immer her, um hallo zu sagen. Er ging wirklich oben und darüber. Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die lokale Bar wohnt oben und unten in der Eden Richtung Winsa. Das Bett ist sehr ruhig. Es ist für zwei Personen geeignet. Es gibt keine Elektronik, Holzböden, relativ rückständig. Das Hotel ist ein Fluss. Viele Tage sind 🦢 Alles ist gut. Das Hotel Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt auch eigene Sauen und Rinder. Milch. Sehr ruhige Stadt ist ～ 10 Minuten von der Bahnhofsstation entfernt und viele Bars essen sehr gut 👍

The Pinewood Hotel is a housing estate waiting to happen. From staff lacking in the most basic of customer service skills to a cute rat routing about under the fake Christmas tree pinned in the flower bed outside the entrance. This hotel was almost empty on one of the busiest weekends of the year for the king's concert. They couldn't find our booking and refused to acknowledge the paid-for email from booking.com. They made no attempt whatsoever to help whilst I spent an hour on the phone trying to get it sorted. But as they had hiked sub £80 pricing most of the year to £300 plus, their revenue-raising exercise backfired big time. During my time getting increasingly annoyed at the absolute lack of any attempt at customer service, I got to see the poorly mended ceiling from upstairs leaks, the dated decor, and the cracked flooring tiles in the main reception. As well as filthy signs on the windows at the main entrance. The lift is obviously expected to be out of use for some time as they had turned it into a feature with a light-up unit in front stopping you from getting in. That was if you got past the empty car park with a huge hole surrounded by metal barriers, cracked containers for dying plants, and the delivery driver bringing food to the sole inhabitant we saw. The 70s pub-style dining area was totally empty, and the outside area overlooking a lovely meadow area was shabby and despite sunshine - absolutely devoid of any guests.. The welcome was marred by a pervading smell of cooking oil and as you walk from the car park to the entrance, a window at the back of the reception area has an unusual way of blocking people from seeing in with a collection of tesco carrier bags instead of a curtain. Pictures on various sites are of an era long gone - add appalling service and you can do much better elsewhere. I would be surprised if it lasts much longer as a hotel. This hotel clearly doesn't want guests and will make a great housing development for anyone looking at developing in that area. It has a fabulous selection of wildlife, from various colourful birds making nests, to furry creatures running around outside the entrance, so it would be a beautiful spot for a development. Having read some of the other reviews saying ”filthy” ”easy to get away from” ”tired” ”drinks terribly expensive” ”electrical testing 4 year's out of date” ”outside door propped open all night” ”practically falling apart” - I guess we got away lightly. What it isn't is - their description: A 4* hotel (REALLY?) Luxurious setting (I TOTALLY DISAGREE stained reception ceiling badly mended with no luxury at all) in a tranquil location (Yes agreed) Designed with elegant interiors and a unique approach (maybe once upon a time but not now) Just off the A412 ( erm just on the A412) The Brasserie provides an informal dining experience (looks like a 70s cafe and guests ordered takeaway) Free car parking (yep lots of it was almost empty and more space was taken by a huge

Das Hotel war großartig, wir ließen es für einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt nach einem langen Flüge nutzen. Zimmer war gut, Betten OK und im Allgemeinen ein gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Nur die Frage war, dass es nur zwei Beutel von dekoffeiniertem Kaffee im Zimmer, ich fragte bei der Rezeption, dass mehr Werbung gesagt wird, es würde senden. Zwei Stunden später war es nicht angekommen und ich musste ”Haushalte” anrufen, um es zu bekommen. Es kam schließlich. Warum Hotels nicht genug dekoffeinierte Kaffeebeutel ausstellen, ist es unsere Erfahrung, dass wir immer mehr fragen müssen!!!

Da ich zum zweiten Mal hier bin, habe ich das Gefühl, dass es jetzt kühler ist. Es liegt so nah am LHR. Unabhängig vom Shuttleservice des Hotels können Sie natürlich gegen Gebühr problemlos die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Flughafen nutzen. Die Fahrt zu den Terminals dauert relativ kurz. Als ich später persönlich eincheckte, konnte ich immer noch einen Supermarkt in der Nähe finden, und ich bekam direkt dort Bier. Mit ein paar Snacks kann ich die Nacht entspannt ausklingen lassen und morgens erfrischt den langen Flug antreten. Sehr schöner Ort für eine Nacht für LHR.

Ein tolles Landhotel, es fühlt sich wie zu Hause an. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und bietet Ihnen jeden Tag genügend Kaffeetassen. Das Restaurant unten ist sehr lecker. Das Frühstück ist bestellt. Wenn Sie mehr Tage lang versuchen können, verschiedene Optionen zu versuchen, können Sie sogar zusätzliche Lebensmittel verlangen. Die Serviceleute sind sehr enthusiastisch, obwohl sie manchmal sehr beschäftigt sind, müssen Sie nicht sofort hier sein, Aber das hindert nicht Ihre Feindseligkeit hier.

Wir sind während unseres Trips zwei mal in diesem Hotel untergekommen. Die ersten beiden Zimmer hätten vielleicht noch drei Punkte hier bekommen können, doch die zweiten Zimmer waren nur noch ekelhaft. Das Bad roch nach Urin, alles war abgegriffen und vor allem hatten wir üblen Schimmel im Zimmer! Nachts mussten wir mehrmals stoßlüften (das Fenster ließ sich übrigens nicht schließen, nur mir Gewalt und nur zum Teil!), weil wir keine Luft mehr bekamen, das Fenster und der Rahmen hierbei war klatschnass. (Foto zeigt das Fenster, nachdem schon eine Stunde gelüftet wurde morgens) Kein Wunder, es gab keinerlei Abzugslüftungen, weder in dem MINI Klo (für kräftigere Menschen wäre das nix), noch in der Nasszelle (übrigens auch Mini). Zum Hotel generell: es liegt in hounslow, was wohl keine besonders schöne oder saubere Gegend ist. Fußläufig zu erreichen: Supermarkt (2 Minuten) und hounslow centre (10 Minuten), was in Zone 4 liegt. Man braucht ca 45 Minuten zu allen nennenswerten Spots. So, das Hotel liegt mitten an einer super befahrenen Straße; demnach kann man bei offenen Fenster (das man zum Atmen ja aber braucht) nicht schlafen, weil der Verkehr laut ist, die ganze Nacht gehupt wird und alle zwanzig Minuten Polizei und Krankenwägen durchfahren. Außerdem ist halt healthrow in der Nähe und in der Stunde starten gefühlt 50 Flugzeuge. Wir wurden in allen Nächten von lauten anderen Gästen gestört, die Rezeption war bemüht, aber das Geschrei und das Klopfen (auch an unseren Zimmern) hört erst nach einer Stunde auf. Generell war die Rezeption mit den Mitarbeitern sehr bemüht und nett und die Hunde waren gegen Aufpreis erlaubt. Dennoch: laut, eng, schimmelig, angegriffen, nicht mehr wieder !!
