It was a beautiful and nice location. Service was exceptional.

第一次跑前台：給的門卡用不了。 第二次跑前台：門能進了，但沒有電。 第三次叫前台：空調調不了，衹能在前台控制，直到離開酒店也沒解鎖。晚上太冷，衹能把總閘拉了。 然後是房間內部： 1，沒有拖鞋，行，那起碼地拖乾淨，結果沒走幾步，襪子全黑了。 2，整個房間只有廁所有一個小小的垃圾桶，而且還很難打開，尤其是大號時，是想讓我們用手開嗎？ 3，餐巾紙只有廁所的捲紙。 最後越想越奇怪。前台表面上很客氣，甚至表示抱歉，但這個問題重重的房間不會是專門賣給中國人的吧？

This hotel is a 10 minute walk uphill from the Waterfront and the ferry. Reception and breakfast area resembles a school dormitory. The rooms are small and have absolutely no shelves or hanging space. There is not even a folding luggage rack. Lighting in the room is glaring wire covered naked bulbs. The bathroom is accessed by a heavy door on an industrial hinge that closes with a loud bang. There is nowhere in the bathroom to set down a toothbrush let alone ANY Toiletries. Rooftop bar is unattended. Rooftop pool looks like a half size shipping container. We booked and paid for 3 nights, and walked away after one. P.S lucky to find accommodation at the Waterfront hotel for the next two nights, where we were offered prosecco as we checked in, and greeted by a concierge that wanted us to know that she was there to help.

Best hotel I have stayed at. The staff was amazing, location I could not fault. Was great for getting around the island. So easy to hire a car and visit all the hidden locations. If you stay here you will not regret it. Malta is a stunning island - thank you Eleven for making this the best holiday I have had.

Lovely apartment hotel to use as a base to explore Malta. Great rooftop pool and terrace, comfortable beds and lovely friendly helpful staff. Within easy walking distance of the promenade but down a quiet side street , so nice and quiet for a good night’s sleep before busy days exploring the island. What more could you want?

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Malta! The location is absolutely fantastic, putting us right at the heart of everything, with easy access to local attractions. The staff deserves every bit of praise, being both helpful and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Our apartment was a delight as well—spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malta! - the ferry to Valetta is only minutes away
