This trip to Yogyakarta was short but very pleasant, thanks to Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. I usually stay in other Accor's hotel in Yogyakarta, but this time, I opt to try to stay in Grand Mercure. The check in process was smooth and super fast. The FOM even also attended me at that time, ensuring that my checking in process was pleasant. They had dedicated desk for Accor member avoiding long queue in the regular check-in counter. Too bad, they couldn't upgrade me to executive room or beyond, due to their high occupancy. The room was in the Premium Deluxe. It was nice, clean, and comfy, although it was not too sound-proof. So you could be disturbed with children running around and shouting in the hallway. Bathroom amenities was quite good for a deluxe room, hoping that they would provide a better one in the higher-level room. They had gym facility, but the operational hours were so limited. They even closed at 11 am to 3 pm. Too bad... They should prolong the operational hour for the gym tho, accommodated with access card, perhaps. The afternoon tea service was provided from 5 - 7 pm, with selection of fritters and small cut of cakes from their selection. Small is literally small, but since I came alone, the food provided was more than enough. For welcome drink selections, alcoholic beverages was provided for platinum member. Love this one!!! The staffs in their bar and lounge were so helpful and cater to all I needed. Thumbs up for them... To my surprise, they provided me a dedicated table for breakfast with my name written on the table. This never could be found in other Accor Hotel. Love also the services provided during my breakfast time. the chef was also good serving my 'delicate' eggs. Check-out process was also super fast. Even another manager was attended at that time greeted me and asked me about their services and facilities during my stay. Overall, this very short trip was very delightful, again, thanks to Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. Definitely gonna stay there again... Der Ort ist erstaunlich! Freundliches Personal rund um. Personal begrüßte mit echter Wärme und bemüht sich, die Gäste kennenzulernen. War es für fünf aufeinanderfolgende Bfasts, und zum Ende, Personal kann Ihnen Ihre Favoriten dienen, da sie auf die Bedürfnisse aufmerksam waren. Ich hatte noch nie eine solche Erfahrung! Die Lage kann etwas von den Hauptbereichen entfernt sein, aber nichts zu groß, das mit privaten Miettransporten nicht befestigt werden kann. Dieses Hotel verfügt über eine Menge Ausstattung, die man dort Stunden verbringen kann, um das zu genießen, was der Ort bietet. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien!

The hotel overall is amazing. Pros: Very nice room with wide balcony, facilities are great, there is ATM BCA inside the hotel (very nice), beside the small palace which has historical value (great one), beside big mall either, nice pool, good garden, hospitality of staffs, and located near center of Jogja. Cons: Shower selection problem (need maintenance/replace), parking way to turn on inside parking building is smaller than ideal (hard to turn for Pajero, Fortuner or big cars). But the total rank is vety good. Thanks.

It was a good experience. The hotel is Majestic and Beautiful. The location is good although walking out from the hotel to the main road is quite a challenge, going up and down slopes. The staff are welcoming. Food at its Restaurants are excellent. Service is good and the waiters are well mannered. Getting around is also easy with Gojek or Grab. We love it.

Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, geräumig, sauber, die Kissen sind weich, man kann sich gut ausruhen, das Badezimmer ist sauber ... der Service ist sehr gut 👍 Das Essen im Restaurant ist köstlich, die Lage ist strategisch. In Zukunft werde ich wieder im Lafayette Hotel vorbeischauen 🥰

If you're looking for a hotel with a view, this is one of the best option in Yogyakarta. The room is wide and clean. Stayed in the room with balcony and you will be indulged by the view of mount Merapi, Prambanan Temple and Sojiwan Temple. Breakfast on the outside area of the restaurant is an experience of itself because of the view. Go to the rooftop and you will have even a better view of the landscape. Service was all great, staffs were friendly and helpful. Smooth check in/out process. All facilities are in great conditions. Overall it's a great place to stay for you who wants to be on the outskirt of Yogyakarta and enjoying the magical view of Mount Merapi and the temples.

Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung für vier von uns in zwei verschiedenen Zimmerarten (die auch sehr betrachtet waren, dass wir uns nebeneinander ohne zusätzliche Anfragen verblieben). Die privaten Pools waren das Hauptaugenmerk unseres Aufenthalts, nicht zu erwähnen, dass es auch ein Hauptpool gibt. Personal ist sehr hilfreich und wir konnten drei Fahrräder (inklusive im Zimmerpreis) nehmen. Andere Aktivitäten wurden auch mit Vorausbuchung bereitgestellt, aber nicht alle waren verfügbar und es gab eine Mindestzahl von Personen, die Aktivitäten ausführen können. In der Regel ein großer Aufenthalt.

EastParc war hervorragend für unser 8 Jahre alt, er absolut alle Aktivitäten und die Einrichtungen sind großartig. Die Aktivitäten sind unerwartet sauber und das Personal ist hervorragend. Frühstück hat viele Optionen und wieder das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und wunderschön. Das Zimmer war eine gute Größe mit einem großen Balkon. Der einzige leichte Nebenanhang war das Badezimmer - es konnte mit etwas Update, aber war insgesamt funktional. Check-in-Personal war auch sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir waren angenehmen überrascht, wie gut das Hotelpersonal war.
