Troulos Bay Hotel

We have just returned from another brilliant holiday at troulos bay hotel couldn't fault anything. Rooms are cleaned every day clean towels every 2nd day. All staff very friendly and helpful.food in restaurant well priced. View from our room was amazing this was our 5th time going and will be back ext year

We have just returned from another two weeks at this great hotel. Our first visit was in 1990, we loved it then and have returned many times since. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is second to none and bed linen and towels are refreshed regularly. The pool area is immaculate, as is the beachside restaurant. The food is superb and the waiters so willing. The menu is extensive and prices extremely reasonable. We have no hesitation is recommending this hotel.

Returned again . Very clean staff lovely best location service outstanding great value for money and will book again next year . Great little hotel . Rooms basic but we only sleep in them Basic breakfast but all I needed Tourist tax 2 euros per room per night

Welcoming, easy stay. Cleanliness and location are the two stand out points. The hotel and the rooms are always clean and well looked after. Nice bar area and outdoor seating for lunch and evening meals. Staff are friendly and appreciate you trying a bit of Greek. We were returning for a second time and were not disappointed. I’m sure we’ll return again.

We love to come here in a evening for a meal the food is very delicious and lots of choices we tend to get a few starters to share then we can enjoy a few different dishes the staff work extremely hard and long shifts but are very friendly we love the setting in an evening watching the sun go down and it’s very peaceful

We had been looking forward to our holiday. We’d eaten at the hotel on a previous visit to Skiathos and had a lovely meal. The position of the hotel is perfect in front of the beach with lovely sea views. We arrived late evening, the room was ground floor with a sea view. There was no water in the fridge or a kettle or cups. The room was cold and there wasn’t a remote for the aircon to give a little heat. We had to ask for a kettle and cups and bought some water. We spent a terrible night as the two single beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The next morning we politely asked if we could move as the beds were so uncomfortable. This was met with ‘not possible’ despite the hotel being half full if that. In the end they changed one of the mattress. It was covered in mould however the lady at reception said that it was things children had spilled on it. My wife ended up putting my duvet and blanket under the bottom sheet. After a week we moved to another hotel at our own expense. The back of the hotel and only access was a building site as the access road was being laid which meant that everyone had to tramp through cement powder to get to the main road. The breakfasts were pitiful. I’ve not experienced such a poor choice of items ever in all my visits to Greece. The reception staff a man and a woman were most unhelpful and seemed to take our complaints personally. They could do with some customer service training! The hotel needs upgrading. The cleaner and the restaurant staff were lovely and the food in the restaurant was lovely. This isn’t a cheap holiday and I think they are relying on its position to the detriment of everything else.
