It’s a great place to stay. It is very secure. They have double gates. First gate always open for parking and arrival. Second gate is closed for safety and security purpose, but they open that gate instantly when they see the guest. They are staffed 24/7. The hotel is very safe and secure. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They treat the guest as their own family. They make sure to accommodate all the guests need. You feel like you are living in a traditional house. It’s surrounded by herbal trees, swings, swans, and rabbits. The place is very clean. They serve traditional food for breakfast. If you don’t like that kind of food management make sure to substitute the food the guest likes. Management and staffs make sure they keep their guest happy and comfortable. It is a wonderful place to stay. It’s a traditional place with homely environment. We are missing the place already. We are planning to come back with rest of our family members soon. Love this hotel.

A wonderful stay. I really miss the place already. Very comfortable and clean room and the staff, mainly the young *** working at reception, were always so attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and the location is great. Hope to come back again.

I did a trip to Karaikudi two weeks back to visit temples, and work. I booked this hotel based on review. That is my biggest mistake, horrible "hotel", rude staff, filthy rooms with bed bugs, smell, etc. . The receptionist is untrained and rude, and the manager is a crook. Don't stay here

It is a nice hotel done in an old chettiar mansion i suppose - very nice and aesthetic too. The private cottage which we stayed in was very large, spacious and comfortable though i would suggest they add a little utility furnitures to make it even more better. The breakfast was the best i have had in recent times. An amazing variety of authentic chettinad cuisine cooked so well and spread out as a nice buffet. Very warm and friendly staff - need to surely say that the chef and the support staff at the restaurant were so kind and friendly explained to me and served with warmth and hospitality.

I had a nice stay at Chola Heritage The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated,. The amenities were top-notch. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast—delicious and plentiful! The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a restful night. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning!

Nice stay, stayed both in room & cottage. Thx to the staff for making stay comfortable. They are not serving lunch or dinner, swiggy is delivering here. Breakfast with local flavours is excellent.

We stayed at chola Heritage with my family. I booked delux room for 2nights. Second day night they provide suite room without any extra changes. Very big room with kids pool. Our children enjoyed lot Peaceful stay and safety garden area. Unforgettable chetjnad breakfast. Actually we feel like a home and missing the wonderful place. Staff Ranu and divya helping lot.
