首先感謝貴酒店孔靜女士，我對象洗手把金戒指放在了洗手枱上，後來發現戒指忘在酒店了，回去找到了戒指，並且還專門給留了紙條。非常感謝，服務沒得説。 其次第一次入住貴酒店，環境，服務沒得説，走之前還送了水果和飲用水，以後有需要還會入住，消費也不高。

all the staffs are all very friendly. the front desk, housekeepers, and the staffs in the restaurant. the variety of food in the breakfast spread was good. I especially like the complimentary fruit tray provided every afternoon and light porridge every night. the hotel was very understanding and had offered to change my room due to the leakage from the heavy rain. as I did not request for the change, I was impressed that they had try to accommodate thou running on full occupancy. I was impressed by the hotel teamwork n unity. the team worked together to block the flood from entering from the main gate by stacking the sand bags, they worked tirelessly in the heavy downpour and overcoming the flood. Das große Schlafzimmer, das Zimmer ist sauber und hygienisch, gegenüber dem See, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, das Restaurant ist auch speziell für die Kinder vorbereitet, die Kinder mögen es sehr, die Luft ist frisch, alle Arten von Blumen sind sehr schön, voller Blumen im Garten, geeignet für einen Ausflug, nächstes Mal wird es wieder kommen.
