Hotel International

If I book a 2* hotel I can accept this, but this hotel is supposed to be a 3* one. I have paid 112 Eur per night for this. Parking: I always book a hotel with parking place whether is free or not. Now there is space in the garage, but the ramp is full with cars, so I could not turn into the garage with my car. (VW Golf combi). Recepcionist told me to wait a night when someone will leave the ramp, so there will be enough space. :( so car left on the street. Elevator: stinks. No other word for it. Carpet in it and smells like cigarette. Room: so outdated. At least the floor and toilet and bed were clean. But wow, check the pictures. It feels like instagram vs reality in life! I was born in the 80’s in Hungary. Now this room is exactly left in that era. Disappoined. Only 1 free socket in the room to charge your devices. Air conditioning is a joke. Remote switch is dirty as hell, disgusting. If fan is on stage 1, nothing happens just buzzing, on stage 2 also not cooling enough, but at least sounds like a windstorm. Switched off. TV: yeah, it is flat screen but I have bigger monitor in my office. Had not tried. Wifi: works properly. This was a complete disappointment. Never come back.

Staff were very nice and helpful couldn't fault them at all, the breakfast was very very nice had a bit of everything for q continental and it was always fresh,rooms are a bit dated but there fine there bigger then what I expected,location is perfect no.10 bus stop is about 3 or 4 min walk and there's a supermarket around the corner, lovely restaurants also. Pool area is lovely, cleaned everymorning and there was always staff cleaning. We went as a family of 9. All adults. Had the pool to ourselves aswell. Would def come back and stay here if I were to go back to sirmionie. Beds weren't that comfortable pillows are very light but it was fine.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone who likes the snell of fresh air, we were given a room with an unstoppable smell of sewage coming from the toilet, it stank out the whole room within 2 hours, when we said to the receptionist it stinks and we want a different room since its our honeymoon she was rude and question why we booked this room in the first place. Pool looked dirty, staff was rude, wont come back.

Struttura accogliente e confortevole in una zona tranquilla e vivace di Sirmione…piscina a disposizione degli ospiti, personale gentile, buon servizio bar…prima colazione ricca e assortita. Prezzo competitivo per la zona…ci torneremo

Hotel a 3 stelle situato a circa 700 m. dalle Terme Virgilio, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. I punti di forza sono: - Cortesia e gentolezza alla reception; Ottima pulizia; Economico, buona gestione e colazione ricca. Vale sicuramente la pena andarci. B. Boem
