Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown

My wife and I stayed at Canopy on our wedding anniversary and had a great experience. It’s an amazing property and the service was next level. What a great place for a little stay-cation or as a destination if you’re visiting Sioux Falls. Nestled in the Steel District you have excellent restaurants to boot.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we knew we had found somewhere truly special. The air was filled with delightful, relaxing aromas that immediately set the tone for a great stay. Our room was beautifully appointed, featuring two incredibly comfortable queen beds and the best pillows we’ve ever had! We also appreciated the thoughtful details like USB and USB-C outlets for our devices, along with deliciously fragrant soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We will absolutely be returning to this hotel. Lexi and the entire team made us feel so welcome, and Jessica went above and beyond. She is the best! Thank you again, Canopy by Hilton!

Extremely nice property and a surprise to find in downtown Sioux Falls. The room was spacious, comfortable, and literally brand new. The hotel has only been open a short time and it was in excellent condition. The hotel had it's own restaurant and bar, but there are a number of other eateries in the area.

I’m typically not a fan of hotels, but was traveling for a work conference. As for the hotel itself, great pillows and showers. The close restaurants and walking trail to the falls make it a great place to “step out” without needing to find an Uber. However, the best part of the hotel experience were my conversations with the barista, Jaden, at the Torrent Coffee Bar. It’s staff like her that can make an entire experience while traveling. She wasn’t just taking an order, but taking the time to connect. I work in the branding industry and it’s these touchpoints that make a brand’s reputation. I hope the management knows the gem that they have on their staff.

I stayed at the beautiful Canopy Hotel. It’s aesthetically stunning and it does a great job of infusing the local industry in the design. The combination of steel and nature gives it such a chic look. One of my highlights was a visit to the Torrent Coffee Bar in the lobby. Jaden was so knowledgeable about the products and shared their use of a local coffee. Her customer service was amazing. Another favorite was the lobby decor in the sitting room. The piano is such a nice touch. My room felt like I was a luxury resort. The room is spacious and has plenty of storage. The barn door to divide the dressing area and the sleeping area is perfect! The bathroom was beautifully appointed and features an oversized walk in shower. I will always make this my first choice if I am staying in the Sioux Falls area!

Our stay at The Canopy was truly memorable. From the moment we checked in and received assistance with parking to enjoying drinks at the bar and, most importantly, having breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, everything was fantastic. If you're fortunate enough to meet Riley, the restaurant manager, be sure to let him know you're a Miami Dolphins fan –, and your stay will be "FREE!" just kidding , But seriously, Riley is a big supporter of the South Dakota Dolphins. Thank you, Riley, and the entire staff. We will definitely be back!
