Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unterkühlt, könnte freundlicher sein. Es gab nur ein Duschhandtuch p.P. /Tag. Ein kleines Handtuch dazu wäre besser gewesen. Im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Aber damit lässt sich durchaus leben. Wir kamen aufgrund einer falschen Info eine Stunde zu spät zum Frühstück. Kumar, der Cafe Lodge Manager hatte uns trotzdem Frühstück machen lassen, mit allem drum und dran, und hat uns sogar dazu eingeladen! Unglaublich nett! Gepäckaufbewahrung war super. Am Abreisetag konnten wir uns noch am Pool aufhalten, was großartig war. Leider gab es für die 3 vorhandenen Liegen keine Auflagen und keine extra Handtücher. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Direkt am Knotenpunkt der Metro. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten!

Lage und Service waren hervorragend. Das Zimmer war etwas kühl, aber man konnte wunderbar darin schlafen. Der beste Ort in Fort Canning.

room is clean but the air conditioner is loud like sleep on the airplane when you open it the service is good they have cafe in first floor ,many food and tasty staffs are friendly

Fantastic place. Views over the park were wonderful. Lovely staff. Many thanks to Latifah, Anthony, Joe, Nizam, Mariah, and all the other staff. We have found our happy place when staying in Singapore. 

Is third time of staycation at the hotel, but this time there is difference as there is some misunderstanding regarding the room amenities, there is difference in deluxe category and executive category, is different when I first called to enquire about the room category during first stay, nevertheless the service is still thoughtful to change to our needs, thankful for all🌸✍️

The room is big enough the equipments are fine and water flows every well. The front desks staffs are friendly. The location is great near Ford Canning park and MRT station. This is the perfect stay and will book the place again.

My pleasure to stay in YWCA. Staycation or a traveller myself. I love the location near Fort Cunning Park and just opposite Dohby Gaught MRT, you can experience 2 different worlds in 1 location, go up the hilly park and enjoy nature and go down Dohby Gaught for lively crowd in mall experience. The hotel room is clean, and serene to have a good sleep.

One of the best and spacious hotel in singapore. No complain but if a few amenities like slipper, face only towel and hair dryer would be better.  Hey they have pools. Cool consistent aircon.

The location is good, the building is old, but it is a cosy hotel. Amenities are minimal. No slippers. The sound of the room door closing is too loud. During the night or in the morning, the sound will wake you up. Those who wish to sleep peacefully should be careful.
