Another guest whom was staying next to your room had unintentionally mistook your room to be his. From the CCTV footage, your room door was probably not closed properly after you had entered and hence the other guest was able to enter your room without tapping his key card. We had checked and can confirm that the key card which had been assigned to the other guest did not have access entitlement to your room.
