The room was nice. But the gym are small. Also, I was confirmed I can stay at the same room during my check in as I have separated two bookings. The next day morning I need to rush for packing my luggage to change my room to the next flat. Bad experience.

The staff, namely Andy, those who helped us shift the breakfast into the sheltered area, the staff who delivered the room service items, went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with warmth and professionalism. The rooms themselves were a highlight—stylish, modern, and impeccably designed. Each room had a unique, artistic touch that reflected the vibrant spirit of Indigo hotels. The attention to detail was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities. Overall, Hotel Indigo Katong offers a perfect blend of comfort, chic design, and outstanding service. Our stay at Hotel Indigo was great. The check-in time was at 3 pm but the receptionist let us check-in at 2:40 pm. The room was very big and there were two toilets which was convenient for us. The bed was comfortable and the TV had nice channels like Cartoon Network which my kids loved. The sofa was soft and comfy too. The hotel was also near East Coast and my kids had a fun time there. There were also many malls and restaurants near the hotel which was extremely convenient for us. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Check-in Experience: Check-in was smooth, and we were pleased to find that our request for connected rooms—a 2 Twin Beds Standard and a King Bed Standard—was accommodated promptly by the friendly staff. Rooms: The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the Peranakan theme of the hotel. They were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities that suited our needs. Having connected rooms was particularly convenient for our family stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was included, we found it to be average compared to other offerings we've experienced at similar hotels. The variety was somewhat limited, and the quality was satisfactory but not exceptional. Service and Facilities: The hotel staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and dining options in the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, added to our overall enjoyment. Overall Impression: Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong provided a pleasant stay with its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and attentive service. The location is conveniently situated midway between the airport and downtown, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. located at Katong. Not close to MTR station But there are several shopping malls nearby, it is easy to eat and shopping. The design of toilet and bath is not user friendly.

The location is good if you are planning to explore the east side of Singapore. Hotel Indigo is situated just beside the newly opened Marine Parade MRT. The room is quite unique as it features quite a fair bit of Peranakan elements, but the room size is not very big. Hotel staff are mostly friendly and warm but the experience could be perfect if not for the 1 front office staff who did not greet us when we approached for checked in.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay, highlighted by friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a convenient location perfect for exploring the area.

Located in Katong and surrounded by colonial style buildings. Room size is decent, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Both Bacha coffee bags and Nespresso are available in the mini bar for free.

Always wanted to explore the Katong enclave and we decided to go with this hotel. The staff took into consideration our special requests and fulfilled them — really thankful for this. The room was spacious, clean, with many pleasant surprises like a foot bath! The view at the pool was amazing! Will definitely come back again!
