This was my second booking. I promise you it will be your perfect stay. Location is convenient, service is exceptional, food is amazing, rooms are thoroughly cleaned. There's also a park downstairs the hotel and a lovely restaurant for buffet dinner separate from where buffet breakfast is served. I paid 81 Singapore dollars for buffet dinner and my 11 and 5 year olds ate for free.

One of the Best service i have ever experienced back home in Singapore. Service staff really friendly! Concierge Service Excellent. Thank you Mr. Jun Yi. You made the stay for my guests an even more enjoyable experience! Well Done!!!

Newly renovated hotel. Booked breezy room but got an upgrade to urban room. Think it was low period at the time when i stay, very quiet good soundproofing and pretty spacious room. Good size pool and gym as well. Staff were all smiling and willing to help with any request. Very clean room with daily housekeeping. Only glitch was that the shower water temperature isnt consistant, sudden burst of hot or cold water while showering halfway.

Clean room, friendly staffs. Great location. Lots of good food around here. Mall is just below.

The opening hours of all FB in the rooms tv is not updated, so not only not helpful but rather worse because its confusing. I missed dinner bc of this

Nice hotel. Hygiene condition is good, and the size is typically small. Readily access to mall, no need to worry about breakfast. A good place to stay for business trip.

Stayed here for night to attend some webinar and meetings. It was ok, such too small the room. Don’t have view much too.

Everything was good, except the last day when they dif not clean up after amending the curtain rails.

We loved our stay. The place is near fair price which is much needed with high prices of goods in Singapore. If the location has been near CBD it would have been perfect.

Came here for a staycation a couple weeks back and returned again this week. I think this is a 4-star hotel but the service is definitely 5-star! Was served by Vivien during check-in and the process was smooth. Vivien was accommodating to our request and always serving with a bright smile - great hospitality. Room was decently sized and clean. Love that the hotel is strategically located above a mall where there is a decent of reasonably priced food options, pharmacy and a huge supermarket. Our stay here is once again, very pleasant. Kudos to the crew, especially Vivien! Will definitely return again.

Aloft Novena become my home gor a couple of days in Singapore. The room is clean and their service is superb. Amenities given: toothbrush and paste, soap bar, lotion. There are no shower cap, shaving kit.
