Zwei Pools und ein Fitnessstudio erlauben morgens und abends Bewegung. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis und gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Orchard Road. Das Hotel bietet jedoch einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice im halbstündigen Intervall zum Obstgartengebiet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und neu renoviert, da das Hotel neu ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist normal. Aber sie bieten erstklassigen Kaffee und Tee in Servicequalität. Ich war sehr überrascht, dass es keine Toastbrote und Pfannkuchen / Waffeln für das Frühstück gibt. Das Frühstück ist eher auf asiatische Gerichte ausgerichtet, wo es Nudelsuppen und Dim Sums wie Brötchen und Lotus-Klebreis gibt. Das Hotel hat alle Gäste von Novotel und Mercure zum Frühstück in dasselbe Restaurant gebracht, wo es manchmal besonders zu Stoßzeiten zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr sehr voll werden kann. Kommen Sie also früh zum Frühstück, wenn Sie nicht auf einen Tisch warten möchten. Es scheint, als ob beide Hotelgäste die gleichen Annehmlichkeiten wie den Zugang zum Infinity-Pool @ Novotel Tower erhalten, außer mit unterschiedlicher Zimmerkategorie. Wo ich vorher denke, Mercure-Gästen ist das nicht erlaubt. Da beide Hotels unterschiedliche Zimmerpreise berechnen, finde ich es ein wenig unfair für Leute, die im Novotel übernachten, da sowohl Novotel als auch Mercure in unterschiedlichen Hotelkategorien angesiedelt sind.

Nice modern design with spacious room. Appreciate the complimentary bar fridge items. 7-11 convenience store and few restaurants downstairs. Bed is super comfy! Nice view from hotel room hence I did unboxing of my shopping buy 🤣

A long check-in time. We waited from 2:30 PM to 4 PM to get the room, along with elderly and a child. There were no signs for queuing up, and people cut the line to reach the check-in counter. The receptionist did not respond to this issue. The cleanliness needs improvement, as there was a significant stain on the pillowcase.
We opted for the breakfast and dinner plan, but the staff had no idea about the dinner plan. The dinner was provided by the restaurant located on the 2nd floor. It was a terrible experience, as most of the dishes we ordered from the set menu were out of stock. The restaurant only had a limited choice available. I do not recommend it.
However, the swimming pool and gym room were good.

very nice hotel. location very near to Orchard shopping area, walking distance. there is also a shuttle service to drop to Shaw building. the hotel building itself is very well maintained. all facilities and room is good condition

This is actually my 2nd time staying in this hotel, very clean and nice! The hotel is near the bustling road of orchard so can just take a walk down! The staff were very friendly and nice, the check in process took less than 10mins! Very efficient and fast, didnt have to wait at all! The room was very nice and clean, would definitely come back again! ;)
