The weather is always pleasant as the cottage is surrounded by coconut and betel nut trees. Maachli is an opportunity for people who want to leave behind all the luxuries and mechanical living to connect with nature and enjoy the laid back holidays. A visit to the grassland gives you an opportunity to explore the stunning ambiance of the plateau, plantations, fields, hills and small jungles.

There is also a small temple surrounded by lush greenery of sacred groves to freshen your mind.

Location: Our home stay, situated in a beautiful village, named Parule, on the Konkan coast and in the Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra, offers a lovely tropical paradise away from all the hustle bustle of the city.

Property Facilities: The Cottages are conceptualized as Maachli, which is a regional term for the huts made by the farmers to protect the crop. The cottages are tucked away in a very dense plantation, situated very close to the Jungle, thus, offering an abundant, rich, pollution-free, and healthy environment for the Nature lovers.

Good to know: 1. Guests are requested to carry a Photo ID proof, floaters, sunglasses, a hat, and a swimming costume. 2. Walk from the parking place to the cottage is 150 steps, roughly, on a little uneven surface. Guests have to cross knee-high water stream using the bridge of betel nut trunk. Hence, guests are requested to carry minimum, only the required baggage. 3. Mobile network is not guaranteed; however, guests can use host landline if required. 4.
