This is a beautiful place to stay right next to Peles and Pelisor castles. Gave it 5/5 for the atmosphere, so I highly recommend it if you want to have a fairytale weekend at the castle, as it is a historical building and actually part of the Peles complex. I stayed in a standard room and could see Peles castle from my window because the tree in front did not yet have leaves (in the summer it is not visible, only from the more expensive rooms). Loved the exterior, looks like it is out of a fairytale and it is very peaceful in the mornings and evenings, you can hear the birds and the running water (except for the weekends when the castle is open for visiting, there can be many tourists around). The room was comfortable, the windows are beautifully old and the furniture matches the historical vibe of the whole area. The floors are really squeaky, could hear the neighbours from above walking, but this can add to the atmosphere. The furniture could also use some reconditioning. The breakfast is a la carte, you can chose whatever you want from multiple options and it was average tasting, not bad. The staff from the reception and restaurant is very friendly. Definitely do not miss taking a walk in the forest behind Peles castle, there are multiple alleys.
