Living in NE India, finding a warm-hearted place to stay while traveling is always our desire. We found it at Ramada Encore Siliguri. Lobby ambience was beautifully created, receptionist very warm, escorted us to our room, front doorman respectful in greeting us, dining attendees very mindful of our needs, maintenance staff responded well to our “heat-in-the-room need, rooms very well maintained, new, hallways warmly carpeted, room numbers lit up well, bakery in lobby lounge tasty, so many good things to share! It was a happy place for us!

The property ambience was good but the food and service was not good it was beyond expectations. The food service in the restaurant was not proper, it took a to much time to serve and the food quality was not good and also the morning complementary breakfast was not good.

Wir haben mit der Familie für 1 Nacht auf 03-May-23 gebucht. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer für 3 gebucht, aber eine angenehme Überraschung erhielten, als wir auf ein großes geräumiges Zimmer mit 2 Queen-Bett aufgebaut wurden. Die Zimmer waren unspottbar sauber, die Atmosphäre schrecklich und die Einrichtungen wie Toiletten angemessen. Das Frühstück und das Essen, obwohl nicht 5 Sterne ausgebreitet waren, waren angemessen und schmeckt. Wichtigstens waren das Personal und der Service groß und unverschämt. Nur Con ist, dass das Hotel Teil eines großen Bürokomplexes ist, so dass der Eingang und die Umgebung vielleicht nicht ein schönes Gefühl haben. Aber für Siligui Transit und für Geschäfts ist es ein toller Ort, zu bleiben Würde immer wieder hier für zukünftige Aufenthalte.

Restaurant service-i ordered dinner for 2: mushroom soup, chicken, hakka noodles and a small bowl of curd. Each dish was served separately while the entire restaurant was empty except for us 2. Chefs should note that it's not pleasant to have a dish served individually while the other person at the table have no choice but to watch the other eat while he waits for his dish. Shows lack of management in food preparation. Even when the restaurant was literally empty. Dear chefs, i know u work hard, but please try and serve food at one go, especially when it's just for two. Else i found the hotel service very good. Good ambience, well located, friendly staff, good rooms, good and spacious bathroom clean linens etc.
