Es wäre meine erste Bewertung und erste Buchung mit Trip.com, und ich bin froh, dass es so ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Anya Resort war. Das Resort war so entspannt und ich liebe die Einrichtungen, vor allem den Schwimmbad; es war ein erwärmter Pool, auch wenn Sie nachts schwimmen. Auch das Personal ist sehr gut zu beherbergen, wohin auch immer Sie gehen, wenn Sie am Tag sehen, dass sie nicht zögern, Sie zu begrüßen. Es war eine Freude, dass sie uns ein exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge gegeben haben, obwohl wir nicht Elite-Mitglied im Club Lounge sind. Mein Verlobter und ich genossen, im Hotel zu bleiben. Anya Resort ist eines der besten Resorts, die wir bisher besucht haben. Wir planen bald wieder zurückzukommen. Ich hatte die Freude, vor kurzem im Estancia Hotel zu bleiben und war gründlich von der hervorragenden Erfahrung beeindruckt. Das freundliche Personal begrüßte mich mit echten Lächeln und sorgte für einen reibungslosen Eincheckprozess, sofort fühlte mich willkommen. Mein Zimmer war geschmackvoll mit einem harmonischen Gleichgewicht von moderner Estetik und Hauskomfort eingerichtet. Das Bett war unglaublich gemütlich, garantiert einen ruhigen Schlaf der Nacht. Die gedankenvollen Einrichtungen wie kostenfreies WLAN, eine gut gepflegte Minibar und eine erstklassige Toilette haben mir einen Touch von Luxus hinzugefügt. Das Hotel Restaurant bietet eine wunderbare Vielfalt an Gerichten aus frischen, lokalen Zutaten. Ich genieße vor allem das vielfältige und schlauen Frühstücksbuffet, das an verschiedene Geschmacks- und Ernährungsbedürfnissen gepasst ist. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der beliebten Attraktionen und des öffentlichen Verkehrs, und es machte mir einfach, die Stadt zu erkunden und ihre lebendige Atmosphäre zu genießen. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel für seinen hervorragenden Service, komfortable Unterkünfte und außergewöhnliche Wert.

The hotel rooms were elegant and clean. They were also spacious and complete of toiletries. We enjoyed so much while staying at Microtel South Forbes. The hotel was near to Nuvali as well. Double thumbs up to all the staff that were so helpful and polite during our stay! I would definitely go back here for our next staycation someday. Thank you!

Angeblich ein 1-tägiger Familienurlaub. Wir konnten das nicht tun, weil Kinder nicht erlaubt waren. Verständlich, es ist die Politik aufgrund des Virus. Insgesamt sind die Hotelmitarbeiter freundlich, das Restaurant hat einen guten und schnellen Service und wir lieben das Zimmer.

I would say it's not the best place to stay but the sunrise makes everything worth it. SMDC Wind Residences has almost everything nearby. Convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, main road, few minutes away from Sky Ranch and one of the best overlooking spas in Tagaytay, Qi Wellness. It does not have Wi-Fi and there's no mobile phone signal as well. Generally, the room is deadspot unless you place your phone right beside the main door. It has simple bed, simple design. No smart TV nor cable but it has the TV box where you can watch local channels. I guess this place is just for people to sleep in, shower and take a quick meal. There's a functioning fridge and kitchen utensils that you can use. There's a rice cooker too if incase you need to eat rice or heat noodles. Overall, it's an okay experience. Just don't expect too much. Besides, it's very affordable compared to most rooms you can rent in Tagaytay. I got the lake view room for only 1,500. There’s a lot to do around the area. Better not lock yourself up in the room!!! 🙂

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

Das Wasser aus der Dusche, obwohl bereits in HOT gesetzt, würde plötzlich auf normale Wassertemperatur umgewandelt, dann kalt und dann heiß wieder. 5. Keine Sicherheitsmerkmale im großen Fenster in unserem Zimmer, was bedeutet, dass wir es ganz breit öffnen können. Es ist ein Risiko vor allem, wenn ein Kind ist. Pros 1. Handtücher sind sauber und erscheint neu, Blätter sind sauber. Bett ist komfortabel. 2. Hotelpersonal war schön und unterkünftig. 3. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Liebe die Pasta. Vielleicht könnten sie den Platz ausweiten, aber. 4. Nice Lage. Es ist zugänglich. Es ist in der Nähe eines Krankenhauses und einer Klinik. 5. Schöne Ein-/Auscheck-Check-in/-out. Obwohl sie nicht doppelt geprüft haben, ob es in unserem Zimmer Vermögenswerte hinterlassen. Sie waren hier 4 Tage und 3 Nächte MwSt. Ich würde zurückkommen, wenn die Notwendigkeit auftritt? Vielleicht.

Bei der Zeiteincheckung, sauberes Zimmer mit Wasserheizer perfekt für das kalte Wetter ...
