We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Their rooms are clean as well as the aminities. They also offer restaurant and cafe (Siglo Modern Filipino and Siglo Brew) which offers sumptuous meal and drinks. It's really a great experience.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und entspannt. Wünschen Sie, dass der Pool funktioniert, aber es ist gut. Der Platz ist nahe an Restaurants und anderen Geschäften! Insgesamt hatten wir gute Erfahrung mit dem Platz.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

I would say it's not the best place to stay but the sunrise makes everything worth it. SMDC Wind Residences has almost everything nearby. Convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, main road, few minutes away from Sky Ranch and one of the best overlooking spas in Tagaytay, Qi Wellness. It does not have Wi-Fi and there's no mobile phone signal as well. Generally, the room is deadspot unless you place your phone right beside the main door. It has simple bed, simple design. No smart TV nor cable but it has the TV box where you can watch local channels. I guess this place is just for people to sleep in, shower and take a quick meal. There's a functioning fridge and kitchen utensils that you can use. There's a rice cooker too if incase you need to eat rice or heat noodles. Overall, it's an okay experience. Just don't expect too much. Besides, it's very affordable compared to most rooms you can rent in Tagaytay. I got the lake view room for only 1,500. There’s a lot to do around the area. Better not lock yourself up in the room!!! 🙂

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Sprachvolcano aus unserem Fenster war einfach zu schütteln, und hinzugefügt eine zusätzliche Schicht von Charme zu unserem Aufenthalt. Wir fanden uns direkt außerhalb unserer Türen von der Schönheit der Natur gefangen. Die Unterkunft überstieg in jedem Fall unsere Erwartungen. Die Einrichtungen waren modern und gut gepflegt, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen oder Anfragen, die wir hatten, zu helfen. Während unserer Zeit bei Taal Vista hatten wir die Gelegenheit, die kulinarischen Freuden, die wir in den Restaurants des Hotels anbieten, zu erledigen. Von den sauberen und komfortablen Unterkünften bis hin zu den atemberaubenden Blicken und dem unverschämten Service überstieg jeder Aspekt unserer Erfahrung unsere Erwartungen. Wir haben uns wiedergefunden und dankbar für die Gelegenheit, uns in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung zu betummen. Wir können nicht warten, bis wir wieder in Sprache Vista für eine weitere unvergessliche Getaway zurückkehren.

Angeblich ein 1-tägiger Familienurlaub. Wir konnten das nicht tun, weil Kinder nicht erlaubt waren. Verständlich, es ist die Politik aufgrund des Virus. Insgesamt sind die Hotelmitarbeiter freundlich, das Restaurant hat einen guten und schnellen Service und wir lieben das Zimmer.

Kons: 1. Das Hotelzimmer und die Einrichtungen sind ziemlich alt. Vielleicht ist es etwa Zeit, die Wandpapiere in den Zimmern, die Tische auf dem Essensbereich auf dem Bodenboden zu ersetzen. Dinge wie das. 2. Wir blieben im 7. Stock, das ist die oberste neben dem Penthouse. Das Penthouse, glaube ich, ist ein ******. Es gab Zeiten, die ich hier Tische oben bewegt werden konnte, nicht sicher, aber es gab Lärme von oben. 3. Es waren zwei von uns, die im gleichen Zimmer geblieben waren, aber nur eine Schlüsselkarte. 4. Das Wasser aus der Dusche, obwohl bereits in HOT gesetzt, würde plötzlich auf normale Wassertemperatur umgewandelt, dann kalt und dann heiß wieder. 5. Keine Sicherheitsmerkmale im großen Fenster in unserem Zimmer, was bedeutet, dass wir es ganz breit öffnen können. Es ist ein Risiko vor allem, wenn ein Kind ist. Pros 1. Handtücher sind sauber und erscheint neu, Blätter sind sauber. Bett ist komfortabel. 2. Hotelpersonal war schön und unterkünftig. 3. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Liebe die Pasta. Vielleicht könnten sie den Platz ausweiten, aber. 4. Nice Lage. Es ist zugänglich. Es ist in der Nähe eines Krankenhauses und einer Klinik. 5. Schöne Ein-/Auscheck-Check-in/-out. Obwohl sie nicht doppelt geprüft haben, ob es in unserem Zimmer Vermögenswerte hinterlassen. Sie waren hier 4 Tage und 3 Nächte MwSt. Ich würde zurückkommen, wenn die Notwendigkeit auftritt? Vielleicht.
