The hotel was nice and not far away from the city. It does take 10 min or so to walk but nevertheless the location is good. The rooms are a bit on the small side but if you are not there for very long, it is good enough. The service is super friendly and made sure we felt take care off. The breakfast was perfect and plenty. Overall a great hotel

Charming and all of the staff were kind and very helpful from the reception at check in to the staff running the excellent breakfast. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything and gave helpful advice about the area. I hope to come back and visit them again soon!

This was our favourite hotel in Italy. The room was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The location is fantastic. The walk to the historic centre takes you past the best view of the city…stunning! We will definitely stay here again when we return.

The food and coffee were superb! It was a lovely stay in a magnificent area. Only problem was they stabbed us in the back with their bed! It was like a slab of marble!

Wow, what a find!! The hotel was beautiful. A small charming boutique hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and I loved that we could buy a wine and beer from them to have in our room.
The hotel is just a short walk out of the city, ideal for us as it was a little quieter.

Surprising charming place in Siena. Not right at the busy touristic center, but very nearby (less than 10 min walk). Quite zone. Very easy to find parking in front of the hotel. The room at the deluxe room at the second floor has brig windows with a nice view to the patio. The breakfast is excellent, and Lucy very friendly! We forgot earrings at the room and they sent us a message letting us know promptly. Great experience!

On a positive note, the hotel is in a lovely old villa in a great location near the old city with ample street parking. However, this was one of the more disappointing hotels I've stayed at in 2+ years in Italy. The photos for the junior suites include one that is not accurate, as it shows a light-filled room with an actual window and perhaps a balcony. In reality, these rooms are all on the 2nd (attic) floor and have tiny 2ft windows you can hardly see out of. The entire effect was claustrophobic and unpleasant. This site and others should more clearly specify that these are attic rooms. Also, the bathroom had one of the tiniest showers I've ever seen- even my petite sisters-in-law had trouble showering. This hotel might have nice rooms, but the three we stayed in were not those.
