Fonte Gaia Experience

We really loved this place and it felt like home! There were so many details that had a local personal touch - homemade breakfasts every morning by our host Glenda, yummy afternoon snacks, and creative decor with local flair. This was the only place on our entire trip that had a rain shower and a 'real' hair dryer with firepower. The apartment is very quiet and we only ran into the other tenants a few times in the shared kitchen, but it was nice to see friendly faces. Maurizio was the ultimate host and very responsive to any communication (for example, we had an issue with the coffee maker and when we came back from our morning walk it was already replaced!). He provided several restaurant recommendations prior to our trip and gave us a lot of tips on things to do and see, including very helpful (and important!) driving directions to the apartment. Bonus feature: The balcony has a beautiful view of the neighborhood and overlooks the Oca (Goose) Contrada clubhouse. We were there during a Contrada holiday, so we enjoyed hearing the members celebrating and singing. Truly a memorable and local experience - thank you Maurizio and Glenda!

First the positive: + The proximity to the center of Siena, the quality of the breakfast with delicious homemade cakes and biscuits, the design of the rooms. Excellent restaurant address proposed by our host. Secondly the negative: The air conditioning which did not work the 1st day, in the middle of a heat wave. We had to sleep with more than 29 degrees in the rooms, the windows open on a very noisy street. So we slept very badly. The AC was fixed, but we felt we had to insist that the repair be done absolutely before our 2nd night. Unfortunately, no compensation was made to us, despite our legitimate request, while the price of the room includes the comfort of air conditioning. Note that we had already had to pay for the 2 nights at the time of booking. Very disappointing!

The owners gave the super extra mile for us. They helped us with all of our requirements, were super friendly and dedicated to make the best out of our experience. The rooms are beautiful, with super attention to details. Very clean and confortable. This was a great experience. Thank you Maurizio!!!

Ambiente accogliente, pulito ed esteticamente stupendo. Il signor Maurizio ci ha accolti con gentilezza, entusiasmo e disponibilità. Il B&B, a due passi da Piazza del Campo, è perfetto per passare una piacevole vacanza nella bellissima Siena!!!

Posto molto curato,ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, posizione ottima se si vuole girare per Siena a piedi… proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ci ha infatti prenotato parcheggio e permesso per accedere al Beb Simona e Rocco

Posizione ottimale per visitare Siena a piedi e raggiungere i punti di interesse come piazza del campo e il Duomo. Ottima la soluzione del parcheggio custodito a 150 m. dalla struttura. Ottima pulizia delle camere, proprietari molto ospitali e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

La struttura è in una delle zone più belle di siena, tranquilla, verde ma soprattutto a tre minuti da pizza del campo… nuovissima e arredata con stile è una luxury home, titolare gentile, parcheggio convenzionato a 100 m. .. è presente pure un terrazzo nella nostra j.s. Che in estate si presta bene per le Letture..

In una città che amiamo molto abbiamo trovato questo luogo incantevole dove soggiornare. Vicino porta di Fontebranda, a 100mt da Piazza del Campo si viene accolti con ogni premura da Maurizio, ogni cosa viene spiegata con gentilezza e precisione. Si guardano le foto on line e poi si scopre che ogni angolo progettato da Glenda (che dispiace non aver conosciuto di persona) è molto meglio e crea armonia e piacevolezza nel vivere la stanza e l'ambiente comune. Due camere che convergono in una piccola sala colazione con ogni confort per cominciare bene la giornata. Apprezzata la doccia con cromoterapia dal mio bimbo di 9 anni così come la smart tv con disponibile pure Netflix. Parcheggio Santa Caterina convenzionato e coperto. Peccato esser rimasti pochi giorni. Un saluto ai ragazzi delle Marche che hanno condiviso le colazioni con noi, è stato bello conoscervi anche se non ci siamo scambiati i contatti.

Abbiamo passato un fine settimana a Siena alloggiando presso Fonte Gaia Experience, individuato per la posizione strategica e le ottime recensioni. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Ambiente curatissimo fin nei minimi dettagli, pulizia, accoglienza, attenzione e disponibilità: tutto al top. Per non dimenticare la squisita colazione con le torte e i biscottini di Glenda. A pochi minuti da Piazza del Campo, eppure raggiungibile in macchina, e con parcheggio poco distante. Siamo certi che ci torneremo. Consigliatissimo!
