整個房子很有味道，看起來富麗堂皇，位置也很好，早餐豐富。但是，一晚上房間的機器（一個是冰箱，一個不知道什麼，一直很很大的異響），睡覺很煩擾。另外一個大問題就是，自駕遊，停車服務需要預約，一定要提前聯繫酒店，他們前台要下午三點上班，我們沒有得到任何提示，到ztl限行區前，停下來打電話，她們説可以開進去，最後才知道我們開進去的門不對，所以還要收大概80的罰單！

Top Lage Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Zimmer groß und freundlich Abends konnte man vom umfangreichen Weinangebot auf dem Balkon (Blick über Stadt) genießen Frühstück gab es in guter Qualität im historischen Ambiente

My wife and I were very pleased with our accommodation in Siena at Palazzo Borghesi. This historic palace has been recently renovated, but it still allows for a full experience of what a noble house felt like in the old days. The personnel went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. We highly recommend it.

A real palazzo fine decorated with murrano chandeliers, nice furniture, and a great atmosphere. Helpful and polite staff. Great location, two minutes walk from Il Campo. You feel like at home! It is one more reason to be back again in Siena.

We had a lovely 2 night stay which was very enjoyable. The Palazzo is situated on the second floor of the building in the old town with everything within walking distance. The actual building is amazing with many of the original features kept. Our bedroom was a little on the small side however this did not deter us having a lovely time. The bathroom had a really large walk-in shower. Everything was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a list given on check-in on what was available and this is then prepared ready at the agreed time for breakfast each morning. A big thank you to Sonia who did a very good job looking after us.

We enjoyed being right in the central historical center of Siena for a few days. The car service was phenomenal, dropping us off right at the hotel and keeping the car for a reasonable fee. We did not need the car while in town and could have gotten it out for a day trip if we had wanted that. The Blue room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was decadent with a tub and a shower. The staff - Daniela & Sofia - were both very helpful in making reservations in advance and during our stay. The rooftop patio is small but a wonderful add - getting a birds eye view of the city and seeing the stars over Siena were both lovely. Breakfast was a nice option. This is a small boutique hotel that feels a bit more like a B&B. The history of the family and the building are also interesting.

Loved our stay here. A special thank-you to Sonia and Daniela for making it great! We loved the room (Le Grottesche) with its loft and tall frescoed ceilings. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was very functional. Breakfast offered good choices (except cappuccino, which was a bit watery) and was served in a beautiful drawing room. During our stay I enjoyed learning about the history of the building and of the Borghesi family, which left Siena for Rome long ago but had many prominent members, including a pope and a nobleman who became Napoleon’s brother-in-law. In a church in a different part of town I happened to notice their coat of arms on some supports, which was pretty cool. Keep in mind that although the units have air conditioning, it must be enabled by management, and we were not able to use it in October although the weather was warm and rainy. My spouse had a bit of trouble sleeping at night due to this.

Sonia was our primary contact and she was fantastic. She went out of way to help with all of our requests, including a referral to a dentist for emergency dental treatment I needed Our room was beautiful and the property is close to everything.
