This is a 5 star hotel in central Siem Reap. It is luxurious but not pretentious. Though the classic room is their ”starter” room, it was superb. We were two adults and a child. The boy slept on the sofa and they provided bedding at no charge. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The room was elegant but not pretentious integrating a lot of wood and granite. Two arm chairs with foot rests made our stay most comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast for two days was a fixed menu, then buffet. Plenty of western and Asian options. Real bacon too. The location is central and their are tuk tuks waiting outside all the time.. Everything is within a $1 to $2 tuk tuk ride. We let the hotel arrange our tuk tuk temple tours to our specifications. The driver was a great guy, and provided iced water and iced towels Their price was the same as two other tuk tuk drivers who I emailed. They also arranged airport taxis (not free). We agreed that this was the best hotel experience we've had in Asia. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is one we would return too, which we don't often do. For the quality, the rates are extremely good value

Dieses Hotel ist so perfekt, jedes Mal, wenn ich von draußen ins Hotel zurückgehe, fühle ich mich wie im Paradies. Die Hotellobby ist sehr stimmungsvoll. Es ist antik und alle Mitarbeiter sind besonders enthusiastisch und beantworten alle Fragen bescheiden und höflich mit gefalteten Händen. Obwohl sie nicht sehr fließend Englisch sprechen, haben sie uns tatkräftig geholfen. Die Rezeption hat uns sogar bei der Buchung eines Taxis von Siem Reap nach Phnom Penh geholfen. Das Frühstück gibt es von sechs bis zehn Uhr. Es ist reichhaltig und lecker und die A**osphäre im Restaurant ist sehr elegant. Es ist ein Vergnügen, hier jeden Morgen zu frühstücken. Das Fitnessstudio in diesem Hotel ist besonders toll. Es verfügt über alle möglichen Geräte, nicht nur große Geräte, sondern auch kleine Bauchmuskelräder und Yogamatten in verschiedenen Größen. Im Fitnessstudio gibt es auch Wasser und eine Klimaanlage, was besser ist als in heimischen Fitnessstudios . Es ist sehr angenehm, jeden Tag hierher zu kommen, um Sport zu treiben. Das Hotel liegt in einer wohlhabenden Gegend des Stadtzentrums. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt und einen Adidas-Laden gegenüber. Kurz gesagt, die drei Tage sind hier Ich kann meine Zufriedenheit nicht in Worte fassen. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel besser wird.

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

Wir (2 Freunde, m) waren hier für 4 Nächte. Es ist alles sehr modern, neu, sehr sauber und günstig. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und absolut ausreichend, auch Sicherheit 10/10 Punkte. Es gibt eine Rooftop Bar mit Pool und jeden Abend live Musik. Alle Angestellten sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist sie zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft, und wir können sie zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Super freundliches Personal (ganz besonders Frau Bossaba und Herr Panha, die immer um das Wohl der Besucher bemüht sind und unglaublich freundlich waren) sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, sehr kinderfreundlich, toller Pool und prinzipiell sehr gute Lage, aber leider gibt es ein sehr großes ABER. Nachts ist es krass laut, wummernde Bässe(die man fast spüren kann) , Ansage per Mikro sind merklich hörbar aus der Pubstreet. Eigentlich hätten wir 5 Sterne gegeben, aber so sind nicht mehr als 3 möglich. Man kann Nachts gerade noch so schlafen(oder auch nicht) , der nervige Lärm (und ich mag Musik mit Bässen, aber nicht wenn ich schlafen will) ist unsäglich, passt nicht zur Stimmung und passt nicht zur Erholung in der Nacht. Und das ganze geht bis 4.00 in der Früh. Furchtbar. Es gibt aber wohl Zimmer in die andere Richtung, wo es angeblich ruhiger ist. Aber keines der Familienzimmer.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

Wir verbrachten im Centeal Corner 4 Nächte und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Der Pool wie eine kleine Oase inmitten von Siem Reap. Das Personal war eine große Hilfe bei der Buchung unserer Ausflüge. Wir hatten das Glück !Mester Gold! als Tuktuk-Fahrer für unsere Zeit in Siem Reap zu buchen und wollen uns hiermit bei Ihm erneut Bedanken. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit, nicht aufdringlich und spricht gut Englisch. Wir sind sehr froh Ihn kennengelernt zu haben.

Vorne weg, wer gerne mitten im Geschehen ist und den Rummel sucht ist hier falsch aufgehoben. Wer gerne eine ruhige, familiäre Unterkunft sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der City, mit dem TukTuk sind es ca 5 min, in einer ruhigen Lage. Es ist mit 18 Zimmer auch eher klein, bietet aber alle Annehmlichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, Dusche mit Regendusche ist vorhanden, und wer will kann eine Badewanne nutzen. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Hotel bietet auch Lunch und Dinner an, was wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Frühstück wird a La carte angeboten. Es gibt 5 ”westliche” Optionen ( z.B. pancakes, Müsli, english Breakfast) und 5 asiatische. Dazu sagen sollte man, dass jeder der gerne sehr ausgiebig frühstücken möchte vermutlich etwas enttäuscht wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, wird schön präsentiert, man wird satt, aber zum Bauch vollschlagen ist es nicht geeignet. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am letzten Abend haben wir auch die Besitzerin kennengelernt, die auch mehr als liebenswürdig war. Zuletzt haben wir auch noch das Spa besucht. Für uns wurde extra ein Termin am Vormittag möglich gemacht (normalweise ist es vormittags geschlossen). Die Massage war Klasse, die Preise mehr als fair (18$ für eine Stunde Massage) und alles professionell. Also auch das können wir sehr empfehlen. Zuletzt ein allgemeiner Hinweis, wechselt kein Geld in die einheimische Währung - wirklich überall kann man wunderbar mit USD bezahlen.

I went to SR for visit and working , was stay at this hotel 3 night, room is nice with clean , price is acceptable with gift floor and good WiFi , I was very upset with services, there is not a standard service, just a bit case but they tried to lied us , the case We can’t access TV I. The room they tried to lie us since I check in till check out just tell there are problems with TV Cable company 😅 firstly they told me they bought smart tv box arrived hotel then TV remote not accessible! Finally is about Tv cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up honeymoon flower a bit expensive 7$ charged . But night shift staff he is good and kind

Es war jeden Tag ein glücklicher Moment während meines Aufenthalts. Vielen Dank für das Hotel, das mir eine gute Erinnerung hinterlassen hat. Ich bin dem Hotel sehr dankbar für den guten Service. Unter ihnen bleibt das Schwimmbad die schönste Erinnerung. Wenn ich wieder nach Siem Reap komme, würde ich gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
