Highly recommend this well priced place for Siem Reap area with polite, helpful and respectful host. Quiet, safe, clean and spacious apartment with attentive and gracious host. Great for long stays with nice kitchen, couch, and 2 tables. Not on a busy street and near stores with fresh fruit and veggies, etc. or for big store, can take Tuk Tuk (~10 minutes/ $2-5) or long walk (~2 hours r/t).

The room's decoration was extremely pleasant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a significant advantage, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. We also wanted to highlight your responsiveness as a host. Your availability and willingness to help greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable and worry-free. The free and secure parking was another positive point, offering additional peace of mind. A modern block, with clever architectural planning and environmental design. High quality materials throughout, kept beautifully clean. Very capable manager who became our friend! Surroundings are nothing special, and it is a few km out east from the town centre. So pack a day's rucksack and take a tuk-tuk in and out of town, or rent a scooter. We spent 16 days here and enjoyed every minute, in an apartment with two balconies (west and east).
