ロケーション、清潔さ、サービス、すべて最高でした。バルコニーからはプールが見え、雰囲気も良かったです。そして、フロントのスタッフの方が親切で、いつ笑顔で接してくださったため、とても気持ち良く過ごすことができました。ランドリーサービスはホテルのものを利用するより、近くのお店で出したほうが安くて速いようでした。

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are so friendly it’s untrue. We ate in the restaurant every night, and the young lad and girl waiters were so helpful and polite, and attentive to our needs, they, along with reception and cleaners, are a credit to the hotel. The food in restaurant is amazing and reasonably priced, as are the drinks. Breakfast didn’t have a huge choice, but it was sufficient. The room (607) was well equipped, had a balcony with 2 chairs overlooking pool. There’s even a coffee shop adjacent to the hotel serving one of the best coffees we’ve had. It’s within 15 mins of pub street and the market. There really is nothing to not like, it’s perfect.

We had a lovely time in this nice hotel. The pool is good with a big bed to relax. The room is clean and the linen smell good. The staff is nice and helped us when we had trouble with the bus agency (Alin Angkor express) because they didn’t turn up. Also, nice location as close to everything and the pub street. I will recommend this hotel for short and long stay.

Fabulous hotel , warm helpful staff, comfortable rooms and good pool , both Sak and Sok tuk tuk drivers were great ! anyone that has left a bad review for this hotel obviously has not travelled much of Asia ! the standard here is great for the price , I would definitely return :)

The location is very convenient, near to the market and pub street but still quiet (most of the market is still closed at the moment). The room was a very good size and so was the pool. However the bathroom badly needs to be updated, the ceiling was very damp. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was only cleaned on the last day, we had to request toilet roll and towels. The TV in the room didn't turn on and when we inquired about it we were just told "yes, it doesn't work". There are loads of staff but didn't find them helpful and only one speaks English which caused a lot of confusion at our check in. They only accept cash although there are signs saying they take credit card. One morning before 6am there were children running up and down outside our room screaming at a very loud volume. After about half an hour we called reception and asked them to speak to the family which they did but this was happening right beside reception and they did not intervene even though it had to be waking the whole hotel. Would not go back here.
