The staff is very friendly and helpful anyway the way to the hotel is a bit bumpy. Wifi is poor always got disconnected and slow. The food is not what I expected because not many options and also more western style.

Friendly, helpful staff; delicious meals; clean and refreshing pool; privacy and tidy room with no unwanted insects; tuk tuk waiting outside and close location to Angkor Wat.

A very nice place to stay and relax. Very beautiful decoration and environmental friendly.

I stayed at Isann Lodge Hotel for 3 nights. The territory is like a tropical garden. There are lots of different authentic sculptures and interesting stuff. Very beautiful! The interior is very nice, everything is made of wood, the furniture looks like it's handmade. The staff is helpful. They serve nice breakfasts. I really liked this place and would recommend it to everyone.

Eine unfassbar schöne und ruhige Oase etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Es ist eine Art kleines Dorf, dass jeglichen Hotelurlaub in der Stadt in den Schatten stellt. Mit dem Tuk Tuk sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten in die Stadt. (2-3$) Diesen kann man auch direkt vor dem Hotel nehmen, denn es ist immer einer auf stand by. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr große und saubere Räume, schöner Pool und eine gepflegte Anlage. Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Essen. Die Lage ist Erwerbs außerhalb der Stadt, doch mit einer 10 minütigen tuktuk fahrt ist alles erreichbar was es in der Stadt zu sehen gibt.

Die Anlage als auch das Personal super! Der Poolbereich lädt zum verweilen ein und die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück, als auch das Mittag-, bzw. Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Im großen und ganzen ein super Preis/Leistung Verhältnis!

Zuvorkommendes Personal, schöne ruhige Anlage fernab des Trubels. Wäscheservice war sehr gut, ebenso problemloses Mieten eines Rollers. Late-Check-Out wurde uns kostenfrei angeboten, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging. Organisation eines Shuttles zum Flughafen war ebenfalls problemlos möglich. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Anlage um nach einem anstrengenden Tag zu entspannen.

Die Anlage hat uns sofort gefallen, da die Zimmer bzw. Villas in einem schönen eingewachsenen Garten mit Pool gelegen sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist super-sauber und kann auch noch zu später Stunde genutzt werden. Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Tuktuk ist man schnell an der Pub Street. Die Lodge selbst bietet Fruehstueck, aber keinen Restaurantbetrieb.

Ein sehr schönes Erlebnis während unseres Aufenthalts mit ein paar Freunden Ende Oktober. Eine Oase der Ruhe, etwas abgelegen von der Stadt Siem Reap, aber mit einfachem Zugang zu den Tempeln von Angkor. Ein Team von Fahrern, die für weitere Ausflüge oder einen Ausflug in die Stadt zur Verfügung stehen (Vielen Dank, Herr Long!) Ein aufmerksames Personal, das auf alle unsere Wünsche eingeht, auch auf die komplexesten (Transfer nach Koh Chang!) Wir haben Ihre guten Gerichte und Ihre Freundlichkeit genossen.

We had an incredible stay at Isann Lodge! The staff was incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile. Ranuth stood out: when we arrived late in the evening, he managed to find us a tour guide for 5 am the next morning. (Mr. Thay gave us an unforgettable tour of Angkor Wat!) and Ranuth also secured reservations at fully booked restaurants and the apsara theatre. His English is excellent, and we truly appreciated his help. Suschita and the rest of the staff (sorry for forgetting some names!) were equally wonderful. We used the laundry service, and it was top-notch. The hotel's location, just outside the city, was perfect for us..peaceful, green, and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cozy, with both a ceiling fan and aircon. The kids loved the pool, and our tuk-tuk driver was with us throughout our stay, sharing tips and insights. Breakfast was simple and delicious, with a small menu of four options instead of a buffet. Our kids especially loved the noodle and rice dishes with fruit and drinks. Overall, we had an amazing experience and can't wait to return!

This hotel is heaven, we intended to stay for 2 nights and we extended for 4 nights, the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are incredible, the pool, the rooms were very clean. The hotel stuff are amazing, they took care for everything, they helped us with planning things, we used the kitchen and they brought us everything, they were so thoughtful and kind. I very recommend on the Idan lodge hotel to anyone that come to Siem reap, it’s the best place!

Isann Lodge is a beautiful place with natural scenery all around The staff are cute and very helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The room was clean and cozy, providing a very comfortable rest. Additionally, you can easily contact the staff to inquire about renting motorbikes and booking tours to Angkor Wat. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
