Das Personal ist freundlich und die Einrichtungen sind alt, aber sauber gepflegt. Es gibt jedoch keinen Aufzug, sodass die Nutzung für kleine Kinder oder ältere Menschen möglicherweise unbequem ist.

Wenn Sie hohe Umweltanforderungen haben, ist dies nicht zu empfehlen. Aber die Serviceeinstellung des Personals ist sehr gut und sehr enthusiastisch.

Wenn das Kennzeichen eines guten Hotels darin besteht, dass andere Leute da sind, dann waren das von Anfang an schlechte Nachrichten. Die Tatsache, dass wir an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße waren, war ein Hinweis an sich – der Preis war unerwartet hoch und nicht akzeptabel, wenn man die schlechte Lage und das Fehlen eines Parkplatzes bedenkt.

I stayed 3 days/nights. Just a recap for future guests: 1. Service: This was my favourite part - all the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. They even surprised me with a birthday fruit salad! Mr. Gold and team, thank you for making my experience at your hotel so nice! 2. Room and amenities: My room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and pillows, it has a mini bar, TV with Netflix and most importantly (for me) the bathroom was very clean and tidy, with endless hot water. The masseuse is a small built, polite young lady but she is strong, exactly what you need after a day in Angkor Wat. The pool is clean too, although I didn't get a chance to get in. The only thing is, if you're a light sleeper, a bit of the noise from the streets can be heard. 3. Breakfast: It is not buffet style, they have a set menu for western and local options. They don't serve lunch/dinner. 4. Location: It is at the heart of the town, nearby places of interest like Angkor Wat, Pub Street, etc. There's also a 7-eleven and other shops/stalls just around the corner. Overall, shall I visit Siem Reap again, I will definitely be staying here. For solo female travellers, I felt safe at all times, there are tuk tuks available just outside or if you prefer, easy access for Grab drivers too. It's a cozy little hidden place...at a comfy price if you're on a budget. Enjoy!

The hotel was good in general – tasty breakfast, goof location. For me it was important that the property should not have mosquitos, but I've spotted a couple in my room.

The hotel is conveniently located, 5 minutes to the city center and 10 minutes to Angkor. Very clean, spacious rooms. Excellent service, special thanks to Yen.

This hotel is excellent in every way but the staff are the icing on the cake. I received a warm welcome with a glass of fresh orange juice and Mr Meas gave me a personal introduction to the hotel and showed me around and the room. The breakfast is delicious and you could choose from variety of options and open from 6 am until 11 am. Other meals can be provided also. The breakfast lounge is next to the pool and very pleasant environment to start your day. The room was beautiful, spacious with antique wooden furniture. Very clean room and daily cleaning provided. The services provided are excellent and staff are always around to facilitate any of your request and willing to go extra mile to accommodate. The foot massage was very professional and one of the best I have had. The location is not too far and costs about 3 USD for a Tuktuk ride to the centre. Mr Sochea sent me off after my stay with colleagues and throughout the stay I received a more personalized family orientated service I would say. It was sad to leave this hotel. On an additional note, Cambodia is a must see country with full of very friendly and kind people. I had a great time there! I shall return again to this country / hotel and looking forward to staying longer the next time.

Friendly staff, big rooms, nice food and one of best place to stay

Very clean and nice local hotel i a safe area. Nothing to complain about. Has a western (egg variations, bacon, bread variety, fruits, jam, butter, coffee) and local breakfast menu with very good quality. Only 10 minutes drive to Angkor Wat. A 7 eleven shop directly next to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. They organized all of our daily tours for 2 adults and 2 kids. They provided a good car with great driver and great tour guide Sareik Phok. He guided us for 3 days with an interesting mix of information and relaxed conversation about local life and history. Always very friendly and flexible. They even provide their own Tuktuk for short trips in the area with very safe and reliable driving. We highly recommend booking this hotel and guide, as we had a great time in Cambodia.

The service is very good. The hotel is nice which is located near to Angkor wat. All the arrangements is great. A Little away from downtown. Need to take Tutu. Would recommend to the friends who are willing to visit Angkor wat.

Magnifique hôtel style colonial. Rapport qualité prix avantageux grâce a Trip. Belle piscine ! Personnel jeune, qualifié et proactif. Chambre spacieuse, très confortable et fonctionnelle. Seul petit bémol, la connexion wifi au 4eme étage mais sinon presque parfait pour deux jours.

有餐廳，很晚都可以點餐食，免費延時到下午3點退房，這點比較贊，遊玩回來可以洗澡後再去機場，服務員都很有笑容，餐食是比較地道的柬埔寨菜系。

大門口感覺寒酸，入內環境還不錯，住宿是套房十分寬敞。特別是早餐很好，不是自助餐，隨自己點餐，如果按價格計算，早餐費用都超過房費了，予以點贊！
