Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

This image effectively captures the essence of not only the hotel but also the entire city and country. It exudes an overall dilapidated and below-average quality. Our stay at this hotel lasted for a month, costing around 650 euros, and although our sleep was satisfactory, there were numerous shortcomings. Despite actively searching for other hotels within the same price range, none of them were satisfactory. However, due to the comfortable sleep we experienced, we decided to stay. If we had come across a more respectable option, we would have immediately left. The advantages include a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night, as well as reasonably comfortable beds. Additionally, the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness.

Das Hotel liegt in Laufnähe zur Kneipenstraße. Das Personal war zugänglich und hilfsbereit bei den Anliegen der Gäste. Es bietet einen erschwinglichen Preis. Wir haben das Nachtschwimmen genossen, weil wir die einzigen waren, die zu dieser Zeit schwammen. Der Pool ist zu klein, wenn jemals 3 oder mehr Gäste daran denken, zusammen zu schwimmen. Insgesamt ein großartiger Ort zum Übernachten.

This hotel is a charming boutique hotel where you will feel relaxing and tranquil. The staffs esp Me Sna . Nita . Mey Seyh are so lovely especially Sna. Lovely person. Love the surroundings which are tucked within the local community. Although restaurants are not available, you can find food around the area as Siem Reap is not a big town.

Es ist ein kleines, ausstreckendes Hotel. Buddhistische Dekoration macht es besonders. Die Zimmer sind schön. Die Aufmerksamkeit ist sehr gut; das Personal ist super freundlich und bedienend. Wir haben uns bald gefrorenes Tee serviert, das mit den Temperaturen von Siem Reap sehr schön willkommen war. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Pietre und Restaurant/Bar auf der Terrasse. Eine ganze Erfahrung empfehlenswert. Das einzige schlechte, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass das Frühstück nicht das Beste war. Es war wenige Optionen; es war kein Buffet, sondern Sie mussten ein voreingestelltes Menü wählen und es war nicht zu reichlich. Der Kaffee war nicht aus Filtern, sondern instantaneu (was man in tropischen Gebieten nicht erwarten kann).

Wunderschöne intime Anlage nahe der Tempelanlagen. Die Zelte sind sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Jedes Zelt hat einen privaten MiniPool. Frühstück wird a la Carte serviert, wurde wunderschön angerichtet und war köstlich. Sehr gut waren auch die Fruchtcocktails, besonders die Pina Colada!!! Ausgezeichnet war auch der überaus bemühte und freundliche Service. Zusammenfassend kann man das Templation nur in den höchsten Tönen Loben und eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen!!!

Unser letzter Aufenthalt im Boutique Indochine war einfach unglaublich. Von Anfang an wurden wir mit Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft empfangen, die den Ton für den gesamten Besuch prägten. Die Zimmer waren nicht nur gemütlich, sondern auch durchdacht gestaltet. Was wirklich herausragte, war der tadellose Service des Personals. Sie haben alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Das Frühstücksangebot war abwechslungsreich und lecker, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Das Personal war extrem bemüht, freundlich & hat sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt mit vielen grünen Pflanzen. Wir haben auch im Restaurant 2x mal gegessen & es war sehr lecker. Unsere Tour zu Angkor Wat haben wir über das Hotel organisiert & waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Fahrer hat uns so viel über die Gegend, Angkor Wat & das Leben dort erzählt. PS: die Fußmassage im Hotel Spa war grandios - für mich die beste, die ich je hatte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊

I went to SR for visit and working , was stay at this hotel 3 night, room is nice with clean , price is acceptable with gift floor and good WiFi , I was very upset with services, there is not a standard service, just a bit case but they tried to lied us , the case We can’t access TV I. The room they tried to lie us since I check in till check out just tell there are problems with TV Cable company 😅 firstly they told me they bought smart tv box arrived hotel then TV remote not accessible! Finally is about Tv cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up honeymoon flower a bit expensive 7$ charged . But night shift staff he is good and kind
