"Wir sind auf Hochzeitsreise und wir wurden beim Frühstück mit einer Torte überraschtaber noch viel schöner war das gesamte Personal, welches so schön dazu für uns gesungen hatwir waren sehr berührt, wie aufmerksam die Menschen hier sind. Das Hotel ist sehr luxuriös, Zimmer mit Seeblick, das Essen sehr reichhaltig, sehr viel Auswahl.. Für uns als bescheidene Menschen und bewusste Reisende, kann es sich auch dekadent anfühlen.. "After booking, make sure to call and confirm your reservation and schedule your shuttle. Booking a room comes with free breakfast, a boat trip, swimming, gym, and spa. Pros - customer service -＞ from start (the shuttle driver) until we leave, they were great and treated us well. They were polite and kind. 5 🌟 - breakfast -＞ they have a lot of varieties. I love their omlete, pancake, and juices (they had 6 varieties). Their Firfir also tastes 👌. The only thing I didn't like was their cakes. - Quick maintenance -＞ when I call them to get something fixed or need something, they were fast to respond. Cons - No AC in our room -＞ there was no AC in our room, and the room was hot. But the fan they provided helped a little bit. - toilet -＞ it works but we had to call maintenance twice to fix it. - The replaced tea cups the 2nd day were dirty. -Suggestion -＞ Implement AC or put an overhead fan."

"Meine Frau und ich blieben 11 Tage in diesem Hotel, Ende Oktober 30, 2024. Kurz gesagt, unsere Erwartungen waren dramatisch überschritten. Der Service des Personals ist über alles, was wir von jedem Hotel in der Welt gesehen haben. Besonders bemerkenswert ist Ujera und Girma von der Lebensmittelverwaltungspersonal und Getu in der Frontlobby. Sie haben uns um besondere Anfragen gebeten und sie erfüllten sie unverzüglich. Sie wollten uns zu Hause fühlen und machten alles, was möglich war, um es so zu fühlen. Das Essen ist gut, alles funktionierte (Warmwasser, Toilette usw.), das in Äthiopien selten ist, und es ist ruhig. Wir haben viel von ihrem Outdoor-Patio verwendet und wurden jeden Morgen umgehend einen macciato serviert. Die Lage ist gut, da sie von den beruflichsten Straßen entfernt, aber immer noch zu vielen Orten in Hawassa zugänglich ist. Kurz gesagt, unsere Erwartungen waren sehr überschritten.
