We loved our stay at the Stone Chalet! The room was adorable, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the unique character of the hotel, the personal text messages as well as the amazing location close to the university. We can’t wait to return!

GGuest UserWir haben bei einem Besuch unseres Studenten in anderen Hotels geblieben und das ist eines der besten. Große Lage, große Zimmer. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, aber es war nicht enttäuscht. Wir gingen zu erstaunlichen Restaurants und Einkaufen. Die Gräber sind tatsächlich abgeschaltet und das Bett ist so komfortabel, dass Sie wissen wollen, welche Matratze es ist. Wenn Sie auf den Blick über Ann Arbor gehen ist großartig.

FFarAway33069492585Visiting a dear friend in Ann Arbor, we chose this hotel on its proximity to his flat and it turned out to be a great choice. As it is new, it is very, very clean , and we enjoyed the minimalist decor. Homewood Suites offer a great product. Staff here were well trained, amiable and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. When we return to Ann Arbor, this will be our choice. Very nice stay.

It was OK, but that's as far as I can go. Overall, what the place lacked was the warmth, cleanliness and welcome that one would expect. Our room was decent. It has a ”cooler” but no microwave. The bathroom sink is located outside of the tub/toilet area, which was nice. Adequate counter space. But the beds and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. We did not get housekeeping services one day, and were left with dirty towels on the floor with no replacements, which we then asked for at the front desk. The fitness room was not cleaned as dirty towels were strewn about the floor and equipment. The complimentary coffee in lobby consisted of one caff and one decaf carafe, with 2 large pumps of Coffee Mate. (yuk!) The lobby cafe and bar was very overpriced ($26 for 3 medium coffees and $50 for 2 drinks!). We entertained some family in the lounge area, and had asked for the fireplace to be turned on to take the chill off the room and add some ambiance. We were told that the fireplace hasn't worked for 3 years! The lounge area had dirty cups and napkins and crumbs on the furniture and tables, which we cleaned up before we could sit down.

Lassen Sie die Bilder nicht online dumm! Mein Aufenthalt hier lebte nicht auf Erwartungen oder meinen früheren Aufenthalt in anderen Staybridge Hotels (oder anderen IHG Hotels in anderen Städten der Welt, für das Problem). Aber mein Aufenthalt war nicht alles negativ, also lassen Sie mich zuerst auf die positiven konzentrieren. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass ich während der Umstellung auf eine neue Stadt hier eine Nacht geblieben habe, nicht das Frühstück hier hatte, noch die Ausstattung des Hotels verwendet habe, so dass diese Bewertung die Teile des Aufenthalts verschwinden wird. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, direkt von I-94, die einen einfachen Zugang zu DTW bietet, wie notwendig. Es befindet sich auch in vielen nahe gelegenen Restaurants und Geschäften, obwohl ein wenig Fahrt von der Universität Michigan, wenn Sie hier für die Universität sind. Die Lobby bietet eine gemütliche, erfrischende Begrüßung beim Eintritt, und das Front Desk Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind auch ziemlich geräumig, keine Überraschung angesichts dieser ist ein Hotel aus Suiten. Das Bett ist auch sehr komfortabel und ich hatte eine gute Nacht Schlaf. Aber das ist ziemlich viel, wo es alles positivität weise endet... Obwohl das Zimmer geräumig ist, scheint es, als ob Hausbetreuung nicht ihre Arbeit tun, da das Zimmer sehr schmutzig war beim Eintritt. Es gab auch Klebe auf den Wänden und es gab sogar Blutklebe in bestimmten Bereichen des Waschraums. Absolut unerträglich, und besonders inakzeptabel, besonders während der Pandemie! Die Dusche war auch unter dem Durchschnitt und der Wasserdruck war ziemlich schwach. Wenn ich beschreiben musste, was die Dusche in diesem Hotel war, war es fast so, als ob das Wasser trickling. Ernsthaft. Es scheint, als ob es eine große Anzahl von Hotels in der Nähe dieser ein. Ich würde sicherlich die anderen Optionen prüfen, weil andere Menschen die gleichen Mängel wie ich online aufmerksam machen. 2 Sterne scheinen mir gerade richtig, da es einige positiven Übernachtungen gab.

GGuest UserWe had such negative, disappointing experience at this hotel, from our check-in to check-out. As we had power outage, we decided to stay at this hotel. On Internet it said $155 for the room with two queen size beds. My husband called and made a reservation. Upon arrival we were told that there’s no room so we had to wait for a while. The front desk staff called my husband loud (she said “Smith!!”, not “Mr. Smith”) and we were offered a room with only a dim desk light working. The lights in the bathroom and bedsides didn’t work. Later, they explained that the electric company put a limit on their electricity use. We were told to use “the flashlight on your phone” to take shower. The room was cold no matter we set the temperature higher and not so clean (tired). At check out, nobody was present at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes and a staff came out reluctantly. She charged us $240. I asked her why and she said “because we didn’t have full electricity”. We are very disappointed because this hotel basically took advantage of those of us who needed a warm, lit place to stay during a power outage by charging $100 more that their usual price. The quality of the service and their hygiene standard were disappointing. My husband called Hilton customer service afterwards, but they were not nice nor understanding at all, transferred the call multiple times over 30-40 minutes. We have been a Hilton honors member but we will switch to Marriot. One last note: when we were waiting to check in, a homeless person with lots of paper bags came in casually, grabbed a paper cup in the breakfast room across the front desk, attempted to get some coffee from the dispenser. He put his cup back when he realized that there’s no coffee left. There were two staff at the front desk and one cleaning staff close to him but they really didn’t care, it appeared that this person was a frequent visitor.

Ich war ein wenig nervös, um in einem Holiday Inn für meine Tochter absolvieren zu bleiben, da ich mich an höhere End-Hotels gewöhnt bin. Allerdings genossen ich dieses spezielle Hotel wirklich. Die Büropersonen waren alle sehr freundlich, höflich und professionell. Das Lobby- und Essensbereich war immer hell, sauber und aktualisiert. Das mit eingeschlossene Frühstück war gut und es gibt immer Kaffee und Tee verfügbar Tag und Nacht. Mein Zimmer war eine gute Größe, saubere, komfortable Betten und Blätter und schöne moderne Möbel. Wäschereien, die weich gegen schmutzig waren. Waschen Sie einen Trockner auf jedem Stock, der handvoll ist. Ich habe den Fitnessstuhl, der klein aber fein ist, und es hat einen Innenpool mit einer Menge schöner Lounge-Stühle und Tische. Amber war wirklich großartig, ein paar spezielle Anfragen zu begegnen, und sehr nett und professionell. Melissa beim Essen war hervorragend. Ehrlich gesagt hat sie ein reales Vermögen an diesem Ort. Ich sehe selten jemand so sehr mit so viel Pflege, so sorgfältig und immer freundlich und lustig und hilfreich. Ein weiteres Testament zu diesem Hotel. Es war auch etwa 8 Minuten Fahrt nach UM.

GGuest UserIn diesen düsteren und glücklichen Tagen der Hotelerfahrungen war ich sehr angenehm überrascht, mit meinem jüngsten Aufenthalt in diesem Doubletree. In der Stadt für ein Michigan Fußballspiel und Hotels waren sehr begrenzt, so ist dies etwa 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, aber gut wert die Fahrt. Effiziente Eincheckung, einschließlich warmer Cookies natürlich, Diamant- Anerkennung - aber keine echte Upgrade verfügbar. Rein sehr komfortable Doppelkönigin mit meinem Sohn zu teilen. Vielleicht war mein Favorit Teil der AC funktioniert wie ein Champ und hatte das Zimmer bis 65! Sehr komfortabel, nicht schlauen Betten und auch große Kissen. Nur unten zum Aufenthalt war, dass nur der innere Teil des Pools offen war, aber draußen nicht. Gesamt hoch empfehlen Sie diese Eigenschaft!!

JJo Ann TThis hotel seemed to also be used by people on a long term basis. When checking in the young man emphasized that there was no smoking in any of the rooms. The man in the room right next to ours appeared to be almost a chain smoker, standing outside smoking and leaving many butts on the floor. An employee came by and cleaned up the butts as we arrived but there were an equal amount outside in the morning. The room was clean but there was no coffee or coffee pot in the room. They did have coffee in the office which we availed ourselves of. The sink was new and modern.
