"Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Der einzige Grund, warum ich die Ausstattung nicht mit der Höchstnote bewerte, ist, dass der Fernseher kein Smart-TV ist und man sein Handy nicht verbinden kann, um Netflix oder Filme zu schauen, da alle Sender auf Portugiesisch sind, außer es gibt spanische."

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"Es hat eine gute Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums , zusätzlich war alles sehr sauber und es ist so, wie Sie es im Foto sehen. Die Wahrheit, dass eine einzigartige Erfahrung und zu wiederholen. Darüber hinaus reisen wir mit einem Kind und wir hatten keine Art von sehr aufmerksamen und bedienungsfähigen Problem."

"The apartment is perfect! So tidy and has all necessary things. The location is very convenient. There is a supermarket nearby, also a metro station 8 mins walk which line goes straight to the airport! The staff is friendly and open to help. We had a reaally wonderful trip to Porto! Thank you!"
