It's clearly had a good refurb at least superfically, but why not put new doors in with better sound isolation from the corridor? and more acosutic isolation in the walls? and fix the plumbing as you can hear endlessly singing taps from all corners of the floors? And windows that do not open to let fresh air in and get dust out? and automatic front doors that dont knock you over when you walk in. Also £25 PER NIGHT for parking is absurd. Location is fairly close to gatwick for flights but pretty aweful for any other reason as such i would nto reccomend for local business needs

AAnonymer BenutzerIch blieb hier nur eine Nacht, während ich auf meinen Flug am nächsten Morgen wartete.
Sachen, die ich mag:
- Das Hotel war ziemlich komfortabel
-Sehr freundlich und willkommenes Personal
-Sehr nahe dem Flughafen, der es super bequem machte.
- Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel.
-Besserer Preis als andere Hotels in der Umgebung
Dinge, die ich nicht mag:
- Das Hotel fühlt sich ein bisschen alt.
-Er bietet nichts außer den knappen gemeinsamen Bedürfnissen.
- Das Telefon hatte kein Kabel, so dass ich nicht anrufen konnte.
- Der Wasserheizkessel war ein wenig schmutzig und russig.

FFarleylouGetting to the hotel
After some inconspicuous sign-posting and a short chat with a driver of a different hotel shuttle bus, I was able to make my way to the hotel from Gatwick. It was a short ride, and the shuttle takes card, so there's no need to try and scramble change together.
The hotel
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the restaurant has decent meals. The room itself was nice and clean, and I got a great night sleep before my next flight.
Getting to the airport
The shuttle arrives right outside the hotel, and there are timetables at reception. The shuttle is available early to late and was on time.

GGastnutzerVery good night stay, checked in when got there on Saturday and went and chilled in room for a bit until went to go down to the pool for the doors to be closed at 18:35 but people still swimming in there so, I asked reception and the lady said last entry is 18:15 with it closing at 7pm on a Saturday, had they told us that when checking in we’d of gone and made the most of it until 7. Went to the bar and got some dinner later that evening and the food was decent for the price with a variety of options before returning back to our room and had a decent night sleep with no complaints. Woke up in the morning and we didn’t choose to add breakfast for £11 pp as they told us when checking in that we’d have to be down for breakfast by 08:45 and with it being Mother’s sunday and the clocks going forward there was no way we was getting there so decided we’d have a lay in and check out of our room by 11am then hit the sauna, steam room and pool after which was very good, relaxing and made us feel very fresh.
A hotel room welcome pack would be ideal for guests with all the information in, e.g closing times of spindles pool and gym and food times served.
Also staff in bar area very moody

KKevin TimlinDas ist ein toller Aufenthalt , immer eine positive Vibe bei der Ankunft und auf unseren verlängerten Tagen .
Die Rezeption ist großartig und das Frühstück am Morgen .
Das erinnert mich auch an die Mundwasserung Full English , die den Spot getroffen !
Würde für Familien und Paare empfehlen, auch Reisende, da es großartig ist für schnellen Zugang zur Stadt und die Möglichkeit haben, einen schönen Spaziergang rund um das Land zu genießen

JJasmine Chen Yar LiIch habe eine letzte Minute vorbehalten, um die Nacht zu bleiben, nachdem ich in Gatwick in der Nacht mit einer Migräneq gelangt hatte, nicht zu wissen, wie isoliert der Ort war. Es war dunkel und ruhig zu kommen, Zimmer war ohne Heizung und die heiße Wasserkette war rustig und schüttelnd. Noch zum Preis, ein sehr anständiger Ort in der Nähe des Flughafens, das ein Telefon direkt für United Autos Shuttle bietet
