This is my first time to stay at such a room at separated, but fully supported with Hot water, Air Conditioning, Water services and Toilets. No difference from a hotel room in a building. The location is good after a long day visit at Sayram Lake. Friendly for Road Trips travelers and couples. Service is very friendly and provide travel guidance.

民宿在新東門遊客中心門口，位置非常方便。小管家很熱情，人還沒到就把各種遊玩訊息發過來了，根本不用自己操心。衞生真的很好，本身自己也是做酒店的，對民宿多少有點不太放心，不過這家真的沒有死角，備品也很用心，尤其拖鞋，很好穿！設施設備也很完善，該有的都有了！入住當天下雨還給熬了紅糖薑茶。晚上看完日落回來晚了些，小食堂也沒關門，火速炒了幾個菜，來了幾天終於吃到了素菜，新疆的飯實在是太硬了，菜的味道也不賴。走的時候還給我們帶了兩杯咖啡讓我們路上喝，服務太好了🥹塞湖也很美，都不白活！

十分滿意，設施都很新，乾淨整潔無異味，佈置温馨，周到，房間裏的產品質量都很好，居然是用正品戴森吹風機，還送了早餐，早餐一定要吃，服務周到，進來就端來熱紅茶，和新鮮自製老酸奶，濃濃的奶香，餐廳裝修也好有特色，精緻，品種不是十分多，但是每一樣都是廚房用心製作的，每一樣都好好吃，比西餐還西餐，如果看到披薩一定要拿，料超多，厚厚的芝士，餅底是脆的，特別好吃！我是咖啡迷，我家常備十多包豆子，餐廳的咖啡最是驚艷到我，比我家的精品豆還香，豆子油脂豐富，配上新疆會起奶皮的鮮奶，絕了，相信我，真的比外面大牌都要香濃好喝，臨走我還讓叫服務員小姐姐打包了一杯給我帶走，哈哈哈好開心，性價比超高，下次還來

酒店比較新，有地暖，有陽台，位置距離遊客中心三分鐘車程，就是沒有早餐，不過門口和遊客中心都有早餐店，早上看日出很方便 設施：地暖太暖和了！一點也不幹晚上睡的很舒服 衞生：很乾凈整潔 環境：安靜的，雖然一開始沒找到，是在一個類似小區院子裏的 服務：唯一不足就是沒有餐飲服務，吃早飯得去門口吃。或者建議遊客中心吃，那邊選擇更多！麥當勞也有老方便了
