It was a good hotel to stay for a night while I was in town. I was able to check in early, which was super awesome and the hotel staff who checked me in was very friendly. My room seems a little outdated but there was nothing wrong with it and it was clean. The only thing I did not like was the lighting in the bathroom as it was a very yellow light. The location was pretty good too as I was able to walk to the restaurants on the Boardwalk.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

Steven at the bar is the best. Steven is the best thing about this place. It is still undergoing renovations and leaves much to be desired but Steven is amazing and makes all things better each night. The renovated rooms are still a mess. Mine has paint in the tub, the step for shaving is partially ripped off the wall, tiles are uneven, the lotion/soap is ripped off the wall, the paint job is a mess and the wiring shows under the mirror. The ac doesn't work great but the bed is comfy. Honestly the only reason I've stayed so long is because Steven at the bar. He's a gem and truly the best. The laundry is broken... pools still closed and the gym... it's yeah.

Ich habe hier über 5 Jahre lang auf und aus geblieben. Das Personal am Frontdesk und Restaurant sind immer wunderbar. Sie erinnern sich an mich, wenn ich anmelde und meine Zimmerpräferenzen Margarita und Miranda machen diesen Ort zu Hause. Die Renovierungen sehen groß aus und waren sehr notwendig. Mein einziger Beschwerde ist die Instandhaltung in diesem Hotel fehlt. Ich habe mit der GM mehrfach über das Fitnesszentrum gesprochen. Es scheint die Wartung der Ausrüstung übersehen. Die Heißröhre hat in über einem Jahr nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten dort in den letzten Tagen sogar ein Arbeitszimmer und es gibt nur ein Arbeitszimmer im Bankettbereich. Um so viel Geld für Renovierungen zu verbringen, würden Sie denken, das Team würde eine bessere Aufgabe machen, das Hotel reibungslos zu halten. Sie haben ein schönes Hotel und wunderschönes Personal. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Operationen weiter laufen.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. My husband is working out of town staying there and every single staff member was on first name basis with him within the first 5 days. Every person I ran into made me feel special and they did everything they could to go above and beyond. We wanted for nothing the entire time we we’re there. Ken checked me and my kids in and he was so nice and attentive to us the entire time; he even took the time to bring us towels to the pool without us asking! The housekeeping staff is so very hard working! Mrs. Roberta is my favorite she is super kind and takes pride in her job as does every single housekeeper on that property. Bianca did a fantastic job cleaning our room which wasn’t an easy task with 2 adults and 2 kids in the room. Breakfast was OFF THE HOOK! As a family of four; There was always plenty for us to eat for breakfast and it was something different every day. Even maintenance was so friendly!!! They always made it a point to say hi to us and they were just so sweet. The property was clean, beautiful, and everything seemed brand new! As someone who worked in hotel management for years; I hope that this property’s management recognizes how amazing these employees are in a day and age where it is EXTREMELY difficult to find hard workers. Please give these outstanding ladies and gentlemen a raise so you can keep them there! We will absolutely be back; my husband has already decided that when he works in the area he will always try to stay here.

Dieses ganze Team war extrem einladend, freundlich, professionell und in unserem Bedarf. Wir reisen und entschieden über dieses Marriott über andere und ich bin so froh, dass wir es getan haben!!! Alles war wunderbar und LaTonya jagte ein paar mehr Make-up-Removal-Schleifen, die ich dringend benötigt hatte. Es ist die kleinen Dinge, die wichtig sind! From the amazing customer service by Natalie at the Front Desk, who deserves recognition by Hotel Management for representing the Hotel with outstanding customer service and going beyond her duties!! Both at our check in and check out, Natalie was FIVE STAR!!!! Also, Traig, who we were lucky to have as our AWESOME Bellman, SO POLITE AND PERSONABLE!!!! We also lucked out by having his assistance as we checked in and when we checked out! He also should be recognized for his excellent attitude and being a GREAT REPRESENTATIVE of Sam’s Town Hotel! Our room was absolutely beautiful and so clean and well stocked, I highly recommend this Hotel!! My only negative experience was when I was getting my “Rewards Card”, the young man’s comment about being reimbursed for the first $300 in loss with promotions in the mail in approximately 7-10 days, just started my gambling with a NEGATIVE thought process. I think something better to welcome first time players needs to be implemented; don’t start a gamblers evening with such a negative comment!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but may not return due to the bad feeling about gambling there! But, the Hotel was a great experience and we were very pleased!!! But, gambling, I did not get off to a great start, but I was shocked at the comment and hope this explanation gets changed to not start your guests off with Negative Vibes.

GGuest UserDas Personal des Vorderbüros fand mir ein Zimmer, das nachdem ich eine Konferenz in der Stadt gefunden hatte, war eine tolle Sache. Leider schien es, als würde ich sie stören, anstatt mich einzuladen. Das Zimmer war ok, aber die AC ließ nie aus, was es schwer zu schlafen machte. Kow nicht, dass Courtyard die einzige Division von Marriott war, die nicht Frühstück serviert, was enttäuschend war. Insgesamt ja, ich habe schlafen, aber es kostete.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. We were with a wedding block so we saw multiple rooms. The bathrooms looked like the cracks had been caulked over a dozen times, the doors were chipping, the carpets were stained, the bed skirts were stained, the furniture was stained, etc. When we arrived, there were two hairs in the bathroom, one in the sink and one on the bathtub rim. Gross. We did not complain bc it just didn’t seem worth it. This seemed status quo. The breakfast was pretty good, so that was a redeeming fact. The kids liked the pool. The gym was very small and so hot it felt like you were there for hot yoga. The room keys never worked, so nearly every time we left our room we had to go back to the front desk to have the key reset. It became frustrating. A couple rooms had to call maintenance and we did see evidence of maintenance tools throughout the hotel. The doors slammed loudly. It just looked like a big work in progress and didn’t make for a relaxing or enjoyable stay at all. We paid something like $179 a night, but it felt like $89 would have been more appropriate for the quality of the hotel.

NNLR_728Boomtown.. the name alone seems to tell a story about what it is store! This was a memorable evening. We arrived into the area late - and unexpected on a Thursday. We generally just find a hotel as we enter town. However as we started searching, almost every option was sold out. This is what eventually lead us to Boomtown. We showed up and they had a double room. However as the front desk was checking us in, the double room disappeared and the only option was a king suite with jacuzzi tub. Given we really had no other options and it was late, we took the option and asked for some additional bedding for our kids to sleep on the floor. The front desk ladies were kind but you could tell they were understaffed and doing their best. The room was okay - it is dated and you can tell not much has been put into updating this hotel/casino/resort. It wasn't necessarily dirty, but it did not feel super clean either. We all chalked it up to an adventure and made the best of the evening before getting up early and leaving town. While it was not the worst stay, I would not stay here again. In fact, I would avoid Bossier City and Shreveport completely and stay elsewhere. We travel quite frequently and this was a town/city that gave us an uncomfortable/unsafe feeling. We rarely have this feeling (and we've been some places!) so when it happens, we take note.

Quality Inn, Quality Inn, Quality Inn, what can we say about this location? Staff is very friendly and has great customer service. We checked in room 104 at 8:30pm,front desk was great, and again at check out excellent front desk. Nice, clean property, and inside clean too. Now, the area around hotel not the best but the hotel itself makes the area neat, clean, and quiet. GGuest UserParty of 5 booked 3 rooms. Alle Blatt waren schmutzig und gefärbt!! Fans in der Zimmer A/C zu ersetzen. Lichter in der Badezimmer funktionierten nicht. Vordertafel für neue Blatt genannt und wurde ihnen gesagt, sie hatten keine. Sie gingen vorbei, um eine Rückzahlung zu bekommen und zu überprüfen, und es gab eine Reihe von Leuten, die sich über die Betten beschweren. Sie wurden auch gesagt, das Hotel hatte keine zusätzlichen Blatt. Der Eigentümer, der auf dem Grundstück wohnt, wurde dann an das Front Desk angerufen. Wir baten um Erstattung gab unsere Gründe, die das Paar, das war in der Halle für 30 Minuten kämpfen. Er rief ”keine Rückzahlung nach Mitternacht”. Wir riefen die Polizei, um den inländischen Streit zu lösen und zu sehen, ob sie mit der Rückzahlung helfen könnten. Der Eigentümer, der seinen Namen nicht geben würde, setzte sich mit uns weiter und sagte keine Rückzahlung. Er war RUDE, LOUD UND ARGUMENTIVE!Die Polizei konnte nicht mit unseren Rückzahlungen helfen, aber sie untersuchten den Kampf im Halle, den der Eigentümer nicht gemacht hat. Unsere Party verließ das Hotel um 2 Uhr und fahren nach Hause. Jetzt wissen wir, dass es nicht der Hilton ist, aber wenn Sie nicht einmal saubere Blätter haben, um Ihre Gäste zu bieten, müssen Sie geschlossen werden. NICHT STAY
