Premier Inn Felixstowe Town Centre

Great friendly service from bob front of house and great food and service from Adrian the chef who was on dinner service. Bob was kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were catered. Would recommend this premier inn to anyone travelling in this area.

Love staying here with the family during the Felixstowe Dance Competition. Always made to feel really welcome with all staff especially Bob at FOH. Rooms are always comfy and clean, we have a family room and works so well. Location is perfect! Always a pleasure. Thank you

Amazing staff, great dinner service and breakfast. Stayed on business for a few nights, top floor spacious room which was clean and comfortable, short walk to beach, a few pubs near by. Overall great stay and will be back again in the near future!

Stayed here for the week with work. Parking was reasonable price. Receptionist was pleasant and check in easy. Room was as expected for a Premier Inn, although no iron. Rooms are also only cleaned if you request it. The hotel fire alarm went off at 2200hrs which knocked out the boilers, so no hot water and lifts not in service, the following morning at 1000 when checking out it had still not been fixed! I ate once in the hotel, no steak on menu so had a burger, was ok but not worth the money. Locally you have a Lidl over the road and Bodrum kebab shop opposite hotel is really nice, especially the chicken doner, reasonably price. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Would stay here again for sure, member of staff Lottie was a credit to hotel and she is super hot.

Used to be reliable but clear corners are being cut. Stayed in Felixstowe over the weekend on the first night complained that the mattress was very uncomfortable. Spoke to reception on the first night who provided an extra duvet for padding but I ended up in the kids bed instead. Spoke to them the following morning who said someone will come in and look at the mattress during the day, turn it etc but this simply didn't happen. A second night on the kids bed. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and customer service. Spoke with customer service who said this is their "new" mattress and they are typically a lot harder than their previous ones. (Which is a surprise for saying they are a company who boast about a good nights sleep!). We'll be avoiding Premier Inn in the future I think.

We stay at this hotel frequently and know all the staff very well , Haley lights up any day she’s there , she is a huge credit to premier inn and should be recognised by her superiors with her ability’s , care & compassion !! Julie is also a lovely lady who we are all adore. This premier inn has such a personal touch simply the best premier by far , lovely location lovely clean rooms great food couldn’t ask for more.
