Customer service was good. This is a 2 star hotel so no big expectations. Room was clean, bathroom was a little run down and there was some mold in the shower. "breakfast" was a let down with just a few pre-packaged selections to go.

My wife and I were unable to make our reservation due to her ending up in the hospital the night before. The hotel refused to work with us to reschedule our reservation or refund anything, seeing as these were extenuating circumstances. So I can not speak for physical hotel and amenities it has, as we were unable to stay. But I can say the service at the hotel sucks and are very rude

They was just not as good as I was expecting and didn’t do anything didn’t do any cleaning it was nasty
