Rumbini Buddha garden resort is not only a hotel but also a beautiful garden with lotus pond , surrounded by lawns and forests, I really appreciate staff members of the hotel, they are so kind and sincere, helping me a lot in many ways, ready to offer what you need instantly. The room is clean, spacious and good light with morden facilities like Ac, hot shower, fast WiFi. It has two baconies where you can watch views and relax and dry your clothes. They are very considerate when cleaning rooms, even helped to fold my messy clothes and shoes, and to put back the clothes you dried in the bacony into the room, keeping everything tidy and nice. The food was very delicious too, I asked them to send to my room, they are very patient, packed the food carefully and delivered with the whole set of delicate dishes, glasses, spoon, knife and so on. In the morning you can hear the birds singing and the staff are diligently doing gardening, cleaning, washing. They even bow down to wipe the bricks of the road leading to room buildings in the garden which touches and impresses me. I am really grateful to all those who have served and helped me with warm hospitality and patience. I highly recommend Rumbini Buddha garden. It's a wonderful choice when you you are in Lumbini.

We checked into Lumbini Palace Resort on November 24, 2023, for a two-night stay. Our experience was flawless; there were no service issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, upon checking out, I realized I had carelessly left behind a very important item in the room. The day after our departure, I contacted the hotel to inquire about my belongings. They assured me they had found them and would promptly send them back to me. Initially relieved, I awaited their response eagerly. However, as days passed, I received no updates despite my repeated requests for them to send my belongings via courier, with me covering the costs. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to respond to my requests, leaving me to make weekly follow-up calls. After more than three months of waiting, I was informed that my belongings had been lost. The excuses provided, such as changes in management or staff not being on duty, seemed unprofessional and lacked accountability. Losing items of great religious significance has been distressing, and the lack of genuine concern from the hotel only exacerbated the situation. Additionally, the absence of any communication from the new manager further highlighted the hotel's disregard for customer care. As someone involved in the travel industry, I had considered recommending Lumbini Palace Resort to my clients. However, based on my experience, I have decided against it. It's clear that the resort's staff need better training and a deeper understanding of their responsibilities in the hospitality industry. This incident serves as a reminder that exemplary customer service is essential for sustaining success in this field...

I experienced a warm and inviting welcome, accompanied by refreshing drinks and genuine smiles. The rooms mirror the online photos, showcasing a well-maintained property. The hotel offers spacious accommodations at a great value with ample hot water and all the essential amenities. The breakfast service is outstanding, though a few additional Western options would enhance my overall experience. A fantastic choice for the city. I would stay here again. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Gemüse, Obst, Brot und Milch stehen zur Verfügung. Wo kann man sitzen, um Essen zu bestellen? Auch die Serviceökologie ist gut! Aber die Hotelausstattung ist wirklich durchschnittlich. Vielleicht hat Lumbini kein besonders gutes Hotel. Weil ich mit dem Bus von Chitwan hierher gekommen bin. Aber die Straßenverhältnisse sind sehr schlecht, das Hotel hat kein Auto, um Sie vom Busbahnhof abzuholen, also habe ich vor allem ein Tuk-Tuk genommen ~~ Ich schlage vor, dass das Hotel diesen Service bereits bietet! Dann ging ich zum Schrein von Mrs. Mayer und ging 15 Minuten. Die Sonne war auf dem Weg sehr sonnig. Wenn das Hotel ein Auto hat, wäre es in Ordnung und die Gebühr wäre in Ordnung. Etwa eine Stunde zum Flughafen!

In einem grünen Feld, in dem ich mich verärgert habe, ist es 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Kulturstadt Moyer entfernt und ein guter Ort für die Renovierung. Der Hotelmanager ist sehr gut. Ich wurde ins lokale Krankenhaus geschickt, um mich zu betreuen, um mich im Ausland warm zu fühlen.
