Rooms, toilet were very dirty when we ask them to clean they were not behaving properly. There is no lift they gave us room on thrid floor my mom had medical issue they did not supported us with changing room to lower floor. Bedsheet was also not changed

they will give you the least preference by giving worst room in the hotel the hotel management is so bad, no hygiene maintained, looking old construction and furniture, not like they appear is photos,

Poor quality of room, it has large crack everywhere in room entrance, dirty worst washroom, whatever the photos available, it has nothing to similar.

no hygiene maintenance, washroom is too very much dirty. room are not clean at all before handoving to the customer. I have ask to clean the room Still not done. and also hotel person was doing argument with me

There are better options than this. Staff and owner are uncooperative and rude. Unhygienic room. No towels no toiletries.

Service is not good. I had to wait 15 minutes as there was no one at the reception counter. There was no ventilation in non ac room. Cleanliness just manageable.

Most pathetic stay ever. No service at all. Person at the counter said they don't provide towel and soap. Toilet and bathroom was not clean and never maintained at all. Bucket and mug was so dirty as if they were not cleaned since past few years.
