Regenta Place Shimla on Hilltop

We spent 3 nights with friends and family. Great place, great scenic views n great food. Special thanks to Neelam Sharma from the front desk booking team. Right from booking till the end of the trip very positive attitude and the best part was the attitude was never say NO. The staff was extremely polite Special mention Ravi, Parikshit and Pradeep who served us extremely well in the restaurant. They even arranged a bonfire as we were a group and served us in the best way possible.

Our stay at Regenta place was a delightful escape with breathtaking views and comfortable rooms, perfect for a group getaway. While the bathrooms could use a refresh and a few child-friendly activities would be a welcome addition, the overall experience was memorable. Though the check-in process and Day 1 dining left room for improvement, the exceptional service from Parikshit, Ravi, and Pradeep truly turned things around. Their warmth and attention to detail elevated our dining experience, making every meal special. With a few refinements, this place has the potential to be truly outstanding!

Pleasant and awesome stay at Regenta... Well trained staffs and homely atmosphere... Had a great stay ... The rooms were clean and comfortable...The breakfast was delicious each morning and the location was convenient and had very good view from balcony...

We spent three nights at this lovely hotel whilst visiting Shimla. It is a relatively new hotel, built on the top of a hill with the most spectacular views. The bedroom and bathroom were quite small with an air-conditioning unit that doubles up as a heater, which we did need. There is a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee, but no safe or hairdryer. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We had the set menu each night plus breakfast, and the food was fine. A few negatives were the noise as we had a room near the stairs just above reception with loud music and people talking and laughing. The bathroom was very cold and had no heating, which didn't make taking a shower the best experience, but we managed. The hotel is quite isolated, so it's not easy to get into Shimla, and the road is treacherous. The staff were polite and helpful, but everything seemed to take a long time. Breakfast was advertised from 7.30am but things weren't really ready until 8am. There was also very little choice of beers and cold drinks and as we couldn't go anywhere else this was a bit of a problem.

Our stay and money is wast only..bad experience in in regenta place shimla hilltop we stayed 2nights but the rooms was not clean properly bed linen is very dirty sheets are stained and towel is very hard..rooms are small and bad smell .no one is handling the guest properly .no welcome on arrival not provide wellcome drink also.food is ok but limited choice of meanu . No one is receiving call on time bad experience.rooms have lot of issues paint and polish ,seepage hangers are less.tabs not clean
