Excellent property, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the mall road. Extremely courteous staff, always willing to lend a helping hand. The restaurant was great with lots of options, on the menu, to choose from. The plot has a big enough parking space, in case anyone would like to bring in their own vehicle. Had a wonderful stay. Thanks Snow Valley Heights!

The restaurant service was very nice. Sangeeta Negi at the front desk was very courteous. The food from the restaurant was very good, with a special mention to Mr. Neeraj Sharma, the server, for being the best. Yes we can say that our stay was very long nycc.

We stayed three nights at the property.Everything was soo good about the property.From staff to food , hygiene everything is upto the mark.All our requirement are fulfilled by team which is very impressive.The quality of food is very good.Housekeeping staff puts their full effort to make us comfortable during our whole stay.Kudos for the whole team. Just one word for the property...WOW...we came here for our friends birthday party.We all like the place and the view from the property is amazing.We all had a great time. Rooftop sitting during the night under the sky full of stars makes u fell relaxed after a long day.The service staff arranged a good cake as it was late at night but they went out of the way to get it.The snacks was very tasty.Will sure come next time with friends to celebrate special occasions..

Had a great experience and the staff is very friendly and caring. The location is awesome and the food is very yummy........The service staff is very very polite and taken good care of us during the whole stay. The property is well maintained and the rooms and washrooms are very clean.10/10 for the whole team for their work. We tried sizzlers which we like the most.The property is just few km from the main town. Ample parking space for cars. Kids friendly. Thanks

Great experience and staff were very friendly and caring. Awesome location with very good accommodation. We had a great time at this property. Location is perfect if coming for vacation. The best we love about this hotel is THE FOOD and the behaviour of the all staff. They always serve you with a smile on the face. The property is just few km before Shimla. Taxi service is available for one whom don’t want to take their vehicle to main city at a very reasonable cost. I recommend you all to call Mr Kuldeep, he is very helpful, and he will guide you for a place to visit and make sure u r stay is comfortable. He has given us early check-in as a gesture.

We have had the special pleasure and privilege of visiting Snow Valley Heights from March 24 till date. It is the epitome of luxury, special service, excellent cuisine, wonderful locale and homely staff members and service. Located at Upper Chakkar with an imposing view of Shimla Valley (Jakhoo and Tara Devi Temples) and the Jubbalhatti Airport, one can enjoy Table Tennis at the Activity Centre, Bonfire on the Terrace, Leisure Strolls in the Campus and more. The Property headed by Tarun ji, Varun ji and managed exceedingly well by Mr. Kuldeep and Team is truly a must stay Premium High Ranking Star Property in Shimla. It offers a complete experience of convenient access to major tourist sites with amazing trekking trails. Do visit Snow Valley Heights. We strongly recommend it to all visiting Shimla and Himachal. Have a great experience.

The stay at the property was a great experience.The staff is really helpful and always greet u with a smile on the face.The property is well maintained,good cozy rooms with central heating.Food quality is excellent with good options for veg and non veg.The staff is quite supportive.The view from the room is mind blowing. Enjoyed the bonfire with snacks on the rooftop. Had an amazing experience.We all love this place and will also refer to our friends as well

Very small rooms , not worth a penny, food was not at all good, we booked for both breakfast & dinner but we were so disappointed that we ended up eating outside. That 1 star is only for the staffs for their friendly behavior but the service was very slow
