Good service and hotel staff very coopertive had a good experiene love to back again with more memories. Booking confirmation should be provide for two to three days so person can enjoy and take memories with this hotel

The hotel has so much potential to grow, however is let down by the poor maintenance of it's rooms. The aircon doesn't work effectively and smells of smoke constantly or of stale food smell. and the windows are sealed shut. The staff is good though and quite supportive. Also, don't ever try their pastries, they are beyond horrible and mealy. Their lobby and bar area is a great place to hangout. Their breakfast buffet is quite good, however for some reason the entire hotel has fake grass installed everywhere.

Amazing views from the large hotel reception window. A great hotel in a good location with delicious food. The rooms were incredibly good, once you found them! We were directed to a lift but were not advised we would not see level 2 and this was actually a separate section of the hotel and we had to go outside to reach it (it was raining!) furthermore the room number indicated were were in Block 2 but the signage referred to Block B. Very confusing! Would stay again though and the drinks were one of the most reasonably priced on our trip.

It was really good the rooms were clean and the bathroom was also amazing but the restaurant service was a bit slow but overall the room service was really good and the food was also good and me and my family really enjoyed it and we would love to come back

Nice hotel, over several levels. Visited first 2 nights as part of organised tour. As previous poster noted, it was a struggle at times with all the stairs due to altitude. The food was excellent. Room spacious with good views, but our room was not cleaned at all, we ran out of toilet paper, creamer and water. We had to request from reception. Upon payment of our bill, we pointed out that rest of group had had their rooms cleaned, towels changed etc and and complimentary cakes, where we had had nothing at all, they initially refused to take anything off our bar bill. IN the end,20% was taken off, which amounted to £2.40. A disappointing end to a fantastic stay in Shimla.

Everything felt good, right from the infra to cordial nature of hotel staff. Rooms felt quite retro-modern, and same for the washroom with inbuilt bathtub. The major miss I felt was No Separate Bar to have some relaxed time. Also, the children activity room was closed at a very early time, against the stated time of 7 Pm, so my kid could not enjoy as much.

We stayed here for two nights as part of an organised tour. The hotel was by far the best we had stayed at our whole tour. The staff were brilliant and very attentive. The food was excellent as were the rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The layout of the hotel might cause problems for people with mobility issues. It is spread out, and includes ***y steps which this altitude did cause my wife and I slight shortage of breath when negotiating the steps in order to get to the dining room. We are fit 65 year olds.

The first thing to impress was the most polite, helpful and pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was sparkling clean, the food was plentiful and always hot when required to be. The rooms were clean, comfortable and wonderful views over the valleys. Location is convenient for a walk up to the main street if you feel energetic if not the hotel has a courtesy car overall a wonderful stay, thank you to all the staff of all grades.

This was the best hotel we stayed in on our North India group tour staying two nights. Fantastic location on a ridge with great views. The staff were incredibly attentive everywhere. A wonderful buffet. We were given a plate of sweets and fruit (oranges and bananas. Our guide was tipping the porters and in some hotels the porters would hover and try to illicit a tip - not so in this hotel! It was quite a difficult hotel to find our way about as it was spread over three blocks but the staff were very helpful in firstly taking us to our room and on the way ponting out how to get to the restaurant and back to the foyer.
