We as a family of four had stayed in Deluxe room which is very outdated and required immediate renovation.Hotel with a 4 star rating but still operating keys for door opening and once you enter a very old hotel 20 years back with old furnished tiles bathroom tubs and outdated room's.Be ware and careful as rooms images are not genuinely displayed in any online site.Although hotel highlight is there restaurant with mouth watering foods and good Vibes.

Excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Had 2 rooms with a view. Reception were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. You should be proud. Every request was done swiftly from the bell boys to hskp. Even helped to warm the room for us. Restaurant eighteen 17, service top notch, food wonderful, recommend the dinner a must. The service staff very friendly and attentive. I spoke to my wife about washing my hands and the staff brought a finger bowl for us. Wow 🤩 Your hotel should all be proud. Well done to everyone there. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was my favorite hotel of my trip thru india! My friend and I stayed for two nights in January. Although it was not the most luxurious place we stayed, it was by far the most enjoyable.The service was beyond perfect, I drove the front desk staff crazy with all my annoying tech questions, but they were constantly helping me and gave us such good advice on everything. The rooms are great, lots of hot water, heaters, good beds and fantastic food with two great restaurants to choose from…I could have stayed longer. Shimla is a treat, go and stay with these folks, worth every rupee!

Great place of hospitality, excellent food . Rooms were spacious and special thanks to Mr Sanjay Sharma for his untiring hospitality. Location is excellent and staff was courteous. Buffet spread was good . Will definitely revisit to this property .

A lovely modern property which has everything you can ask for. From a fully functional spa offering Swedish, Balinese massages to a cafe with a super view of the city. They have a night club too which has some phonenomenal food and a good vibe. The outdoor swings are super cool. The property all in all is very - convenient, comfortable & a one stop destination. I loved the fact that it's located on mall and not at some distant spot. This makes things easy.

It's one of the best hotel, dash on The Mall, just 2 minutes walk from the tourist lift, room was good enough, with large balcony & good view of Shimla city. One can explore the complete mall road, then go for the ridge, lakar bazar, lower bazar. Breakfast has lots of choices, with different foods every day, so far dinner was concerns, they offered us a fixed menu, with so many choices to go for, staff was very nice specifically Mr. Harish Sharma & Akshay, with their smiling faces, one enjoy eating at the hotel restaurant, front desk staff was also great from booking to check-out, let's see, our next visit to Shimla will be at Hotel Willow Bank again, keep up the good work.

Stayed at hotel willow banks for three nights .Hotel is on the mall road which is great. You have to park your car at the central parking which is biggest multistorey parking of shimla. Hotel will send its porter who will carry your luggage from parking to the hotel for just Rs 150. You can walk for two minutes and reach the hotel lift which will take you up to the hotel reception on mall or you can use tourism lift till the mall and then walk for around 200 metres to reach the hotel. Hotel has beautiful rooms some facing the mall road and others facing the shimla city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel has its own microbrewery named shimla brewing company which is one of the best in shimla it has indoor as well as roof top which is named sky bar. Hotel also has a restaurant which is also one of the most popular in shimla and it serves some realy great food . They also have a caffe ,spa,gym and even jawed habib salon inside the hotel . Staff is super friendly always ready to help you. Do try their food everything is just super delicious. Thanks willowbanks team for making our trip so special.

Super comfy hotel. We booked with them as I had seen their pics online. As we entered we were impressed by the fact that it's just not a hotel but also 5 in-house restaurants ... so for a foodie family like ours this was awesome! There's a beautiful lounge on the rooftop and also a club in the hotel premises. The rooms are very spacious. Good for a family of 2-3. Our view was of the mountains and that was the BEST decision. We choose that category of room. The hotel is pretty close to mall and the shopping areas so great to walk out any time and head out for a stroll. This was our main reason for staying here, as unlike theog or any far place, in this case we are very central. The hotel has a nice open air cafe which has live music too. Wonderful ambience, stay and value for money definitely .

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel with a lot of character and it's own brewery! It is a little tired and could do with redecorating but the staff,the atmosphere,and good food make up for that Great central location and our spacious , comfortable, clean room had beautiful views of Shimla
