The overall stay was very pleasant. The front desk was very helpful and informative. They helped us plan our trips. Also arranged for passes to visit the nearby wards lake in early morning hours.The hotel was very conveniently situated. The house keeping was outstanding. They were mindful of my wife's religious beliefs and respected it. They were helpful and sevice was prompt.The restaurant services were also great.

The stay ate hotel was nice and we liked the staff behaviour, cleanliness and food. The location of the hotel is in the central place of Shillong and accessible to markets and restaurants However, there were limited amenities which can be improved further

Every minute spent here was magical.. elaborate cuisine , tasty food , courteous staff ...although the rotis and naans get delayed ..wifi is poor though and needs a major overhaul. Rest was perfect and would highly recommend for a perfect holiday

Hotel staff is very polite and had very comfortable stay with family. food is very good as well. Traffic in Shillong is only drawback . We had very good stay. We travelled with kids, staff has been very courteous throughout the stay. we love northeast with lot of natural waterfall, caves etc.

Luxury Business hotel in the heart of Shillong city. Their service is impeccable and they will take care of you well. As the hotel is in the heart of Shillong city, the views from the rooms are generally of the Police Bazaar area and buildings. However, the location helps you walk around the main shopping district to experience the innumerable street vendors selling almost everything, to the local curio shops, handloom emporiums, woolen stores, etc. The hotel offers a nice evening Bar and Lounge with live music that can elevate your senses after a full day of Sightseeing or shopping. We also had a great time with the hotel staff in celebrating the Christmas cake mixing event that happened during our stay. Have to recommend the fabulous guest service provided by Mercylene, including the complimentary upgrade to a suite room on our final night of stay.

Even after so much requests and if required to pay any differentials, my request to shift from Complementary Breakfast to Dinner was not considered by Reservation Team. The steam facility should be made available 24 hours. More from night staff should be given technical training on usage of steam room for this purpose. During these 3 nights stay, I couldn’t use the facility for initial two days due to non availability of any technical person after 9pm or before 7am.

The hotel is centrally located. Food is very nice. Room is just alright. The layout of hotel is like a labyrinth. We loved the breakfast spread. Lots of variety and very good quality. In room dining was good. The staff were very good and were attentive and caring.
