Das Rezeptionpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch, es stellt uns die Umgebung vor, es empfiehlt uns auch spezielle Spezialitäten, die mich für die Zufriedenheit des Hotels plötzlich voll machen. Das Hotel bietet sehr intim einen Nachmittags- und Nachtstuhl, zusammenfassend ist der Preis für einen Aufenthalt von drei Tagen überschätzt. Und dann ist es auch die erste Wahl, dass Shijia dieses Hotel zerstört.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß und sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz ist auch sehr groß und das Parken ist sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Lagerhaus in Hebei. Der Service ist sehr gut. Ich habe meine Kleidung im Zimmer gepflastert, wenn ich gehe, und die Rezeption ruft mich rechtzeitig an.

Filme schauen: Die 120-Zoll-HD-Projektion hat es mir schwer gemacht, lange Zeit einzuschlafen. Das Hotel ist auch kostenlos.
Am Nachmittag gab es Nachmittagstee und frisch gemahlenen Kaffee, als ich eincheckte. Als ich eincheckte, bekam ich ein weiteres Geschenk. Ich war überrascht, dass dieser Laden so aufmerksam ist . Ich liebe es. Ich muss noch ein paar Worte schreiben, damit ich nach 5 Stunden Auschecken noch so viele Emotionen haben kann.
Ganz zu schweigen von der Umgebung, hier gibt es alles, was man essen möchte, es gibt mehrere Einkaufszentren, das Krankenhaus liegt besonders in der Nähe des Ersten Medizinischen Universitätskrankenhauses sowie der Medizinischen Universität, der Universität für Geowissenschaften und der Universität für Post und Telekommunikation usw. Ich liebe es.

GGastnutzerReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

凯凯莉菜亹平Ich buchte kurz nach 9:00 Uhr nach dem Abflug des Schnellzugs. Mein Gastlehrer nahm mich von der Shijiazhuang Station und führte mich zum Hotel, aber wir konnten nicht in der Nähe fahren, weil die Straße geschlossen war. Wir gingen ca. 500m und mein Lehrer half bei der Eincheckung übersetzen, da ich sehr müde war, nach dem langen Flug aus Australien direkt nach der 7hr Zugreise. Ich habe gerade meinen Pass verwendet. Das Zimmer schmeckt ein wenig Zigarettenruch und die schlechte Luftqualität schien irgendwo zu lecken. Ich lief die ganze Nacht mein tragbares Luftreiniger. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und alles schien in sehr guten Arbeitsbedingungen außer dem Thermostat. Trotz des Versuchs, die Raumtemperatur auf 16-18°c zu senken, blieb es bei 23-24°c, was für mich zu hoch ist. Ich hatte ein Boutique-Queen-Raum, das sehr warm wurde, wenn die dicken Gürtel geöffnet. Es ist ruhig und sauber.

Nicht lange nachdem ich die Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, erhielt ich einen Anruf von Andy aus der Verkaufsabteilung, der mich nach meinen persönlichen Vorlieben fragte und durchdachte Tipps gab. Ich spürte die Wärme des Hotels schon bevor ich eincheckte. Als ich ankam, war der Hotel-Concierge da Sehr enthusiastisch beim Öffnen der Tür und beim Helfen mit dem Gepäck an der Rezeption. Der Check-in war auch sehr professionell und schnell. Obwohl das Hotel alt ist, sind alle Einrichtungen gut gepflegt. Ich möchte dem Front-Office-Manager Sheron ganz herzlich danken Vielen Dank dafür, dass er sich um ihn gekümmert hat. Er ist ein sehr professioneller, verantwortungsbewusster und aufmerksamer Manager, der sehr rücksichtsvoll und sanft kommuniziert. Sie kann bei allen möglichen Dingen richtig helfen. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es viele Dinge, die ihre Hilfe brauchten. Sie war geduldig und freundlich Hat mir ernsthaft bei der Bewältigung vieler Dinge geholfen und an mich gedacht. Sie ist eine seltene und gute Helferin im Hotel. Ich hoffe, dass die Hotelleitung sie sehr dafür gelobt hat, dass sie das Zimmer sehr sorgfältig und sauber gereinigt hat. Jeden Tag, wenn sie von einem Ausflug zurückkommt, ist das Zimmer sauber und ihre persönlichen Sachen sind ordentlich sortiert. Vielen Dank an die Putztanten für ihre Sorgfalt und Akribie. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr reichhaltig und alle Zutaten sind frisch. Sean von der Catering-Abteilung hat mir gerne Anhui Pan Mian vorgestellt, das wirklich lecker ist. Auch die Kinder im Restaurant haben ihre Teller pünktlich abgeholt. Abschließend möchte ich Tiantian für seinen Besuch bei Omni danken während meines Aufenthalts. Er war fürsorglich, verantwortungsbewusst, rücksichtsvoll und akribisch. Er hat mir geholfen, alles bis ins kleinste Detail zu erledigen. Ich muss ein großes Lob aussprechen. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die beste Wahl bei einem Besuch in Shijiazhuang.

OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆

LLaiwandoufusiji(JEFFX)位置很好，石家莊機場t2出來過馬路就是，有一個院子，很安靜，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備完好齊備。因為飛機🛩️晚上十點半到機場，提行李出來到酒店已經十一點多了，一覺醒來發現已經是第二天快11點了，急急忙忙洗漱吃東西，忘記拍房間內部照片了。不過，下個月還要來石家莊，以後衹要晚上到機場，此處乃不二之選。這裏去正定古城不遠，機場坐公交🚍156路衹要三塊錢，附：正定古城和滹沱河照片若干。
