**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

The room is amazing, staff also offered a free room upgrade just because of the cold weather 🤗 Breakfast is good also, must try the handmade noddles! The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

The Ximei Continental Hotel is a great choice for travelers who want to enjoy and relax in Shijiazhuang. The staff courtesy makes this hotel one of the best in the city. Recommend it!

每次出差都會住在這裏，因為第一它位置好，臨槐安路出行方便，離火車站，飛機場都不遠。房間乾淨衞生整潔，各種洗漱用品都非常不錯好用，工作人員服務熱情貼心周到，酒店內部餐廳.飯菜多樣可口，對面還有美食一條街吃飯特別方便，所以還會一入既往的選擇西美五洲大酒店。

一直以來，我都習慣過陰曆生日，今年也不例外？和男朋友計劃了一場説走就走的旅行，目的地選擇了歷史悠久的石家莊。出發前，我在網上瀏覽了許久，最終選擇了一家評分很高的酒店。 抵達酒店時，已是傍晚時分。前台小姐姐熱情周到，很快為我們辦理好了入住手續。走進房間，映入眼簾的是一幅温馨的畫面：桌子上擺放着“生日快樂”的字樣，還擺放着精緻的點心和新鮮的水果，還有一張手寫的生日賀卡，字裡行間充滿了温暖和祝福。非常感謝客房小姐姐的祝福。 我驚喜萬分，連忙詢問男朋友是不是他提前安排的。他笑着搖搖頭，説這是酒店的驚喜。原來，在辦理入住時，前台小姐姐細心地發現我的身份證上顯示今天是我的生日，便悄悄為我準備了這份驚喜。 這份意料之外的生日禮物，讓我感受到了酒店對客人的用心和關懷。不僅僅是房間的佈置，更體現在細節之處。 他們酒店的配合度真的很高，住過這麼多家酒店，他們的響應速度很快，對客人的關心和關愛，細緻很到位。 離開酒店時，前台小姐姐熱情地和我們道別，並歡迎我們下次再來。我由衷地感謝酒店為我準備的生日驚喜，也感謝所有工作人員的細心服務。這次石家莊之旅，不僅讓我度過了一個難忘的生日，更讓我感受到了這座城市的温暖和熱情。

這次出差入住五洲酒店，入住也辦得很順利，剛到房間，就有服務員給送來了歡迎水果，心裏一下子就感覺暖暖的，在這裏我住了兩天每一天服務員都會送來新鮮的果盤，最主要他家金可兒的床墊和記憶枕頭非常的舒服，出差本來累遇到好的床品有一個好的睡眠真是難得。 服務員開夜床，我隨口一説，工作一天比較累，服務員立馬説可以給我提供泡腳桶，但是我沒讓人家拿，但是身在外地聽到暖心的話，真是很幸福❤️ 參觀了一下他家的泳池，雖然不大但是泳池水質超讚，綠植也挺多，有健身房都在頂層，整體環境很清新，很放鬆。 還是很推薦商務出差入住的。

房間很乾凈，很整潔，28樓有游泳健身，客房姐姐很貼心，服務細緻入微，很專業，特別的熱情❤️~ 房間設施齊全，房間還有免費礦泉水，滿足顧客需求，非常感謝西美五洲酒店客房部的服務，很好的享受週末時光。
